I would not recommend going to Kasi Wax for a number of reasons. 1. Ditzy staff. The location moved from where it's shown on Google maps. When I called the directions they gave me to get there was terrible. If you do go, just go down the corridor next to Peloton. 2. One I checked in I was taken to a room. Then I got a call from Kasi Wax saying that they wanted to push my appointment back 30 minutes because someone booked online. But I'm already in the room. It was the same girl who just checked me in who called. She told me later she was trying to call someone else. 3. The waxer was really forcing conversation about the weather and what I do when she needed to focus on waxing. I get waxed every month and this was the most painful wax I've experienced in awhile. I felt like I was burning afterward. 4. The waxing table was like really cushy where you sink in. I didn't like it. 5. The setup has like three fake walls that don't go up to the ceiling. You can hear everything and there was a vent where I could hear chatter from another store. The pros: 1. They have snacks when you check in 2. Location at Tysons mall 3. Wipes and essentials in the room read more

Sugar Baby Wax is the only place I'll go for a Brazilian. I got my first waxing at the Alexandria location, but after my go to esthetician left (and a horrible experience with the new esthetician at Alexandria) I switched to the Tyson's location. I saw Rhonda on a whim and I'm so happy I did! She has a great presence and bed side manner. Rhonda is very thorough and still quick. I've been getting Brazilian's for about 1.5 years now and my best experience has been with Rhonda by far. Waxing can be an uncomfortable experience, however I've never been uncomfortable with Rhonda. She is great at what she does and it has never been painful (even when I went a few extra weeks in btwn appointments). Not only does Rhonda have a great personality that puts you at ease. She is truly knowledgeable about skin care and happily shares that knowledge. Since I started going to Rhonda, I have had less in grown hairs. Rhonda is a must see! If she leaves I'd happily follow her to the next salon. read more

Indira is absolutely amazing!!' Just from a professional standpoint alone, She is so thorough and so and efficient with her time she makes the appointment fast and I walk in and out in about 20 mts. She has accommodated my schedule every time, and has helped me treat and fix* a constant area of skin sensitivity I've always had with ingrown hair follicles (and just having very sensitive skin in general) with ONE product that actually worked. I can't tell you how indebted I am to her just for that! ...On every other standpoint, she's such a sweetheart and we chit chat through the appointment it's literally over before I know it. I literally have found my wax Oracle!!! Kasi Wax is so convenient as it's the first store on the left as you walk across the walkway from the garage - you won't be spending any extra time or hassle pushing past mall traffic. If you book your appointment with Indira, you'll want her as your wax lady for life,...I know I absolutely do!!! read more

I had an awesome Brazilian waxing experience with Lauren. This was only my third time getting waxed (in general), but I noticed several differences between her level of service and technique; as compared to the place I previously went. The client assessment was thorough, and she explained each step of service before and during; also sharing after care tips. The salon was clean, tidy, and welcoming. I felt at ease seeing that there was no double dipping, and that she was careful to wax in a way that caused minimal discomfort. I could not believe how fast she was; she was also thoughtful enough to continuously check on my level of comfort. Needless to say, I've already scheduled my next appointment! If you're particular, like me, I would highly recommend sugar baby waxing (ask for Lauren); professional, friendly, sanitary, and quick! read more

So let me start off by saying I thought all of the "great" reviews were fake until Kasi came along and made me a waxing believer!!!! I've gotten bikini waxes faithfully for the past year. I've always wanted a Brazilian but the place I USE to go to was just too painful and I never got use to it. I work in Tyson's, read the reviews and decided today is the day for a Brazilian. Kasi was very personable , calm and made the process so much easier. She cared about the areas I thought were the most painful and she helped me each step of the way. So after a year of bikini waxes I'm now in the Brazilian lane thanks to Kasi! I am now a loyal customer of sugar baby wax in Tyson's corner! Thank you Kasi for helping me and making it so pain free. Yes it was PAIN FREE!!! read more

I had a Brazilian wax done with Kasi here and it's the best wax I've had (and I've had about 10 done). Sugar baby wax in tysons is a little gem that's hidden in a salon next to old navy within the mall. Once I was called back Kasi was very personable and easy to talk to. She kept the conversation flowing and interesting to take my mind off the wax and it was done in less than 10 minutes easily! She explains the different lotions and wax materials so you know the benefits of what you're getting. Although as a new client it was $65 being the priciest wax I've gotten, the next times its $10 cheaper and almost definitely worth the extra money. I highly recommend Kasi to any first timers because she'll make you feel comfortable and at ease with a Brazilian. read more

i have gone to nisha for a brazilian twice. both times i was extremely pleased. she's very thorough, funny, and makes you feel very comfortable. the talking definitely helps take your mind off what's going on. she goes back several times to check to see if there are any places that she missed, and i leave with not a single stray hair to be seen. i never feel like she is rushing, but she also does not take too long and will place a hand on the more sensitive spots immediately after pulling off the strip, which really helps minimize the pain. the potion she puts on after the whole procedure is very cooling and soothing, and by the time i'm getting dressed, there is literally zero residual pain. i feel lucky to have found her! read more

I'm a Kasi Wax fan because they're amazing! I've been a loyal client for 1.5 years and they never disappoint. I think I've been seen by all of the waxers and each time I'm pleased with my service. Aside from their waxing services, the best thing about this place is the online booking and their flexibility to still be able to accommodate me when I'm tardy. I 100% recommend this place! I also wanted to mention that I was a client prior to their rebranding and I got an email notification about their rebranding (plus the information is on their website). I just thought it was appropriate to mention this since someone called Kasi out on it. You will not find anyone better than Kasi! She always provides exceptional service. read more

Rhonda is a godsend. She literally has me hooked on the wax routine which, before going here, would have never happened. Ever. I have been searching for the answer to waxing pain for years now and finally found it! Rhonda is very detailed and takes her time, she applies different types of wax based on hair growth, texture, etc. so you know you are getting a personalized service. I am a big fan of the chocolate wax they use here. She also goes as far as to talk you out of your anxiety and makes the otherwise incredibly awkward experience enjoyable and more than tolerable. I highly suggest her and sugar baby to any first timers or people with sensitive skin. I am a recent, but very pleased convert! read more

My first time at Sugar baby waxes was an awesome experience. It was a spare of the moment type of thing. Trying a new spot and immediately she made me feel welcomed when inquiring if they took walk-ins. I was seen by Lauren who took care of my full Brazilian. She was quick, through, and made me very comfortable. Every step of the way she advised what she was applying on my skin and instructed me of after care. I will definitely be going back when it's time and highly recommend Lauren for anyone seeking a wax wether your a first timer or someone looking for a new waxer. I'd also like to add Sugar baby is very affordable and the service provided beats the price. You will not be disappointed!!!!!! read more

Amazing waxing experience! I was ready to get my brows cleaned up, and get rid of my mustache, and I happened upon Kasi, and I was walking by. Just walking in, it's warm and inviting, and the front desk rep was friendly and accommodating. She also kept my wait time very short, despite me being a walk in. My wax technician Indira was fantastic. She did not jump right in, she actually evaluated the shape of my brows, and asked me if I wanted more of a clean up or reshaping. She was fast yet thorough, and it was very painless. I also think it was a nice touch that she went through with threading to clean up and detail after waxing I will definitely go again! read more

I freaking love this place!!! I love all their staff and their service is absolutely professional. I started going there about a year ago and to this day I have been satisfied. What is best about it is that they accept walk-ins. With my hectic constantly changing schedule it's always great to have a place to go to and know they will see me (even if it's last minutes). During my last two visits, I have seen Indira and Sammy and they are both lovely. I have gotten my Brazilian, legs and brows down by them. I love this place so much that I truly trust any of the ladies working there to do an amazing job. Happy customer right here. read more

I have been getting a Brazilian every six weeks with Poojah at KASI for a couple of years now and she is the best!!! I had been traveling for a while and so I missed my usually six week appointment and I went to see her yesterday and I remember why I don't go to anyone else. She is really experienced, quick, efficient, professional, detailed, and makes what is normally painful and sometimes uncomfortable, very quick and comfortable- hard to do when getting a Brazilian and I have gotten them done in so many places. She's really the best. See you in six weeks Poojah! Thank you so much! read more

When I heard that Sugar Baby Wax was opening in Tyson's Corner I was happy, but when I saw KASI was there I was ecstatic. KASI is simply the best out there! She is kind, professional, and excellent at what she does. Coming from a person who swore to never getting waxed, Kasi made me feel very comfortable and there was little to no pain. She is also very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. I'm so glad I found her again :) If you are looking for a fast, clean, friendly and professional place don't look further because this is it. read more

AMAZING!! That is all I can say Kasi is a waxing goddess. I used to get Brazilians years ago and they were so awful that I swore I'd never go back because I assumed it was all the same. They were patchy and incredibly painful. Kasi did an amazing job she is a true professional I can't imagine not coming back every 6 weeks. I'm so sensitive to pain with waxing and threading and I was so comfortable she does an amazing job. So pleased with everything!! Everyone in the tysons area should use Kasi, simply AMAZING!! read more

I have been going to Kasi for over a year now (up until recently at a different location) for Brazilian wax. She is the absolute best! I have never had a bad experience with her or any of her employees. i have sensitive skin, and none of the products she uses give me irritation. She is always very quick and clean and makes you feel so comfortable on her table. I highly recommend Kasi! And honestly, the times i haven't been able to get an appointment with her, I have loved all the other estheticians she employs. read more

Thorough, clean and good service! The brazilian wax here was hands-down the best I've ever had, and I am a long-time waxer. I've had waxes done throughout the DMV and what sets this place apart is the thoroughness of the service. Kasi threads the waxed area after the waxing to get any smaller hairs that may have been missed. The salon is clean and quiet. Kasi is friendly and inquires to ask if you are comfortable and satisfied with the service. I will now make this my regular wax salon and highly recommend. read more

My this is my first visit to Sugar Baby waxing for a Brazilian. Kasi was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and at ease and chatted with me throughout the procedure. She was quick, professional, and very thorough. I would recommend her to my friends. The room was neat tidy warm and had a nice preparation bar with hygiene products. I booked online based on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I'm ready for summer swimsuit season and I will definitely be returning. read more

I am in love Sugar Baby Wax! I've been to all 3 locations--each is excellent, but Tysons is the closest to me. They don't use hard wax or sugaring. Instead, they've created a hydrating "candy" wax and it's amazing! Kasi has been my esthetician for awhile now and I couldn't be happier that she's heading the Tysons location! I recommend Sugar Baby to all of my friends and it is the ONLY place I get Brazilians. Of course it is painful, but you're in and out in 15 minutes!!! read more
