Ganga serviced the person in the chair and was calling people to let them know what was happening with Diana's car and rescheduling. Ganga then took the walk in before me, and I wasn't seen until about 10:30/35 Since we had a different appointment at 11, my partner couldn't get her brows done. we booked the earliest appointment we could, and us both at 10:10, and would have left more than enough time for our appointment. I think management is responsible for how this was handled, not Ganga or Diana. it would have been nice for the salon to call or made aware of the appointment situation before our appointment time, and have someone else to cover Diana's appointments. It should not be all on one person to answer phones, reschedule appointments, take the walk ins, and their own scheduled appointments. it lead to delayed and slightly rushed service, frustration, and a lost sale from my partner
