When the nurse started going over what was being done she mentioned bone graft. I hadn't been informed about this so I asked to speak to the Dr. Unfortunately the explanation led to me asking what materials were going to be implanted into my body ie donor bone, cadaver etc. She literally went and got the box to read. SHE DIDN'T KNOW. I asked again if this was needed only for a later implant or if it was necessary. She kept saying "well you don't have to get it". So I'm supposed to have a material implanted into me from who knows for the rest of my life. At this point my anxiety and stress are extremely high. After not knowing what material was being used I asked again. Was it only necessary for the implant or needed for the procedure. She flat out said "I already explained it to you already". I stood said "no, you will not speak to me that way" and walked to the front. I asked for an office manager but they have none on site. I had to wait to speak to another dentist who will be treating me tomorrow. I can't wait for the VA to send me somewhere else. I can't keep waiting to get this taken care of. It's a shame because this use to be a great office. Many people have dental anxiety and having a dentist with a compassionate calm bedside manner makes a world of difference. The front desk and nurses are wonderful. It's unfortunate. I will update after tomorrow's visit.

I cancelled the appointment because being told ONE tooth needed work but we have to pay for SEVEN, that's was a big no, so almost six weeks later after canceling my appointment they wouldn't issue a refund, i called 9 times during those 6 weeks, all i got was " will call you back" or " the lady that does the refund is too busy", SIX WEEKS still waiting.When they say they will call back for whatever reason they won't. So after waiting a week for my antibiotic prescription to be called in, and still not receiving a call back I called them, they were closed on a random Tuesday, finally got my prescription called in two days later. Then the best part, when calling the oral surgeon to schedule they told me they only accept patients under 20 and that it has been their policy and she wasn't sure why they would have referred me, as I am 30. This was over a month ago, I still have never received a call back for a new referral, and everytime I try and stop in the office is closed randomly throughout the week. They have zero patient care, but I guarantee they already claimed my visit with my insurance to get paid. Smh go anywhere else. Update: never heard back from them after leaving 10+ messages. Awful patient care
