I just received dental care on my insurance so I decided to have a couple teeth checked because I…read morethought the old fillings were cracked. After checking on my insurance and finding out how much I was covered for ($4000) he decided I needed a few crowns. CACHING for him! He filled one of the old fillings and then did a crown on the one behind it. When the new crown was applied, it cracked. Instead of taking it off and putting a temp back on, he glued the crack and ordered a new crown. When I went in for the new crown, the old crown was of course glued on and it took over 30 minutes of grinding, picking and scraping to get the cracked one off. IMMEDIATELY after the numbing wore off, the tooth next to the crown, that had just been filled, started to ache. I couldn't eat on that side and anything cold drove me through the roof. I went back in to see what the problem was and was told I didn't have the right kind of toothbrush and I was brushing wrong. Also, I had a nerve showing because of plaque. It's funny that I didn't have that problem before the old crown was PRIED OFF!!!! My feeling is that a nerve was exposed during the process of removing the cracked crown and he did not want to take responsibility for it! He applied desenseitizer to the tooth and said I should be fine. Then to make matters worse, at checkout I was told I owed $50.00+ because the insurance only covered part of the charge. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back and will be filing a complaint with my insurance. I now will need to find another dentist to fix this mess!

But 7 to 7 dental off I- 35 in Selma made me feel so at home! If you guys have been scared to go to the dentist, I highly recommend you give this place a try! Specially ask for Dr. Pooja and her R.D.A Ms. Magalie

She had such attitude and kept saying that I could just come back!! what? This lady has no respect and wanted to debate me because I said I still expected to leave on time!!! something has happened to this dentist office they no longer care about people based on how there "managers" treat people

Absolutely the worst service I ever received. If I could give it no stars I would. Let me start by…read moresaying the absolute mess they made on my treatment plan. I was referred to this place because the original one was out of network for some work I had to get done. I went for a consultation at their other location on Bandera and was given an outline of the treatment. It took two months for this office to get me an appointment. I had to place a 100 deposit, which they tried to keep. Then I paid in full over 2k for the procedure. They told me they would file a claim and I would receive some reimbursement. I have never been so terrified to the point I almost walked out. The doctor was so heavy handed that I started to get anxiety. I felt like I was being stabbed to the point of exhaustion. I get that that had to numb me but he could have been more gentle about it. Once the procedure was over they sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy and was told they would have to call to resubmit it. Luckily my husband called while in the waiting area because getting ahold of anyone can be nearly impossible. They took 30 days to process my claim with my insurance. Then they submitted things wrong. They don't communicate with their other office at all so don't even bother. I followed up with him which that part was okay. Mind you it was less invasive. On my last follow-up they wanted to schedule me for a cleaning. I told them I already have a provider I see that I absolutely love. They insisted and I felt pressured to scheduled the appointment. I did but call back to cancel it. They continued to try to get me to reschedule and asked me the reason for my cancellation. I continued to reiterate to cancel the appointment. The office is not only rude but very disorganized. I don't feel like your care is their priority but rather the money they can suck out of you. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this office or doctor. Although the doctor seems very knowledgeable and pleasant he is too harsh in his bedside manners of approach. You've been warned.

It for the money and nothing else. Just so damn rushed. No infection control principles ( I am a nurse who teaches infection control, my expectations even on a basic level was not met once when it came to his care. I could be specific. But I don't have the time. Anyway. Unfortunately paid for my care upfront and regret that. After my last procedure he stabbed in my upper lip not one damn apology, and after my procedure not one follow up call. Which it wouldn't have mattered I wouldn't go back there for free care. Anyway. That is all.
