Iron Skillets are pretty common at truck stops, but this one really stood out for the service and consistency. Hot food, quick service, and our drinks were never empty. It's always such a nice break to sit down and enjoy a real meal instead of grabbing deli or fast food. The menu is familiar, the portions are solid, and everything came out fresh and fast.
