Instead of resolving the issue, they were dismissive and rude. They went on to explain that the dealership is essentially like a McDonald's franchise, saying they are "not actually Mercedes-Benz," but just a franchise. This explanation felt unprofessional and completely missed the point of the concern I raised about my service contract. As a customer, I expect clarity, professionalism, and respect--especially from a dealership representing a luxury brand. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. The tone and attitude from the service staff were dismissive, and there was little effort to help resolve the situation. This is my home dealership, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Very disappointing and far below the standard I expected.
