This review is for Edvard…read more The day my car was delivered, it already had problems. Since it was my first Mercedes, I had no idea who to call for help. I even called another Mercedes dealership, and they told me they couldn't help because I hadn't purchased my car from them. I can't even begin to describe how stressful and overwhelming that was. Thankfully, I found European Keys. From the very first phone call, they immediately put my mind at ease. Edvard became my service advisor, and from the first time I brought my car in, he took the time to listen to every concern I had. He genuinely cared and made sure all of the initial issues were repaired. Unfortunately, not long after, my car started having transmission problems. Every single time I brought it back, Edvard took care of me without hesitation. I had to bring the car in several times, and he always made sure everything was handled properly and that I was kept informed throughout the process. Finding someone who truly cares about their customers is rare, and Edvard went above and beyond every time. He turned an incredibly stressful experience into one where I felt supported and confident that my car was in the right hands. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, kindness, and dedication. If you need your Mercedes serviced, I highly recommend asking for Edvard. He's the kind of person who makes all the difference.

I've been buying vehicles from Keyes dealerships for years, which is why my experience today was…read morehonestly shocking. We came in as serious buyers looking for a specific type of vehicle and gave the sales representative a list of the features and options we wanted. Instead of helping us find the right vehicle or discussing what was available, the sales rep rudely responded, "Can you even afford a $150,000 car?" I couldn't believe that was actually said to us. Whether a customer is shopping for a $30,000 car or a $150,000 car, no one should be spoken to or judged that way - especially before the salesperson has made any effort to understand the customer. We weren't asking for special treatment. We simply came in ready to shop and expected basic professionalism and respect. Instead, we felt judged and disrespected enough that we walked away from the dealership. After being a Keyes customer for years, it's extremely disappointing that one interaction could completely change the way I view the dealership. Unfortunately, after the way we were treated today, we will not be returning.

Never in my life did I imagine that a simple lease buyout would end with me filing a police report…read moreover ongoing unwanted contact from a dealership's General Sales Manager. I contacted Infiniti of Van Nuys already approved for financing through my own credit union at 4.49% APR. I clearly told Moe, the General Sales Manager, that I had my own financing. He repeatedly told me that outside financing was not an option and presented this to me as an official Infiniti policy -- that I was required to finance through the dealership. He even told me that even if their rate were 11%, I would still have to take their financing because there was "no other option," and then refinance the loan myself afterward. I already had approved financing at 4.49%. Based on what he represented as an Infiniti requirement, I completed their credit application. I was told my credit would only be run once, yet multiple inquiries appeared. The dealership then offered me approximately 6.9% APR. Moe's behavior was also extremely unprofessional and intimidating. He yelled at me, became aggressive when I questioned the financing, hung up on me, and repeatedly called me "habibti" and used "yalla." I had no personal relationship with this man and gave him no reason to address me with this kind of familiarity. As a woman dealing alone with a male General Sales Manager, combined with the yelling and pressure, I found this extremely intimidating and inappropriate. Most concerningly, I repeatedly instructed him in writing to stop working on my deal and revoked authorization for any further credit submissions or inquiries. This was not a one-time request -- I repeated it multiple times over more than 3 hour. Despite that, he continued contacting me and later texted: "Im still working on the deal." Screenshots are attached. I then contacted Infiniti Financial Services directly and learned that I did not need this dealership to complete my lease buyout at all. IFS provided the payoff documentation directly so I could proceed with my own financing -- directly contradicting what had been presented to me as an "Infiniti policy." Because the unwanted contact continued despite my repeated written requests to stop, I documented everything and filed a police report. I am particularly concerned because the dealership obtained sensitive personal information through my credit application, including information from my driver's license. Given everything that has already happened, their continued access to this information makes the unwanted contact even more concerning to me. If the unwanted contact continues or escalates, I am prepared to seek legal guidance and pursue a restraining order if appropriate. "Stop contacting me" should have been the end of the matter.

I came back a few weeks later with my partner to drive it, and he really liked it a lot... but wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet. Handshakes, business cards, no pressure, and we left. My partner said to me, "I'd really like to do business with him, he's a good guy..." We went back two days ago to see what we could work out. What I did not expect was to be dealing with roughly $4,700 in immediate repairs within weeks of purchase. I took the car to MBZ Auto Service for a post-sale PPI/100k-mile inspection. They found failed engine and transmission mounts, a significant oil leak requiring transmission removal, transmission service, spark plugs, door-related repairs, and other age/mileage items. The car was put on a lift and the issues were shown to me directly. What makes this especially frustrating is that I had actually scheduled a PPI twice before buying the car. Gor was fine with that, but after repeatedly telling me the car was sorted, that he had personally driven it 500-600 miles without problems, and that it was in great condition, I asked him if I really needed one. He told me, essentially, that if I were his brother or family member, he would tell me I did not need one. Based on that reassurance, I canceled it. When I called afterward about the repair bill, Gor initially said I had gotten a PPI. I reminded him that I had not because of that exact conversation, and he acknowledged remembering it. He then said he could not trust my mechanic's findings and that I would need to pay to have the car towed back to his mechanic before he would even consider doing anything. Even then, he promised nothing. This is the same mechanic I was told had already inspected and approved the car before the sale. I understand that older enthusiast cars need maintenance. What I find unacceptable is being personally reassured that the car was sorted, only to have nearly $5,000 in immediate repairs identified shortly afterward, followed by a defensive response and no real accountability. Based on my experience, I would not buy another car from Rockstar Auto Group. If you are considering an older or enthusiast vehicle from them, get a completely independent PPI from a specialist of your own choosing, no matter how confident the verbal assurances sound.
