Peter encourage me to consider the Q3 and Q5 as options, and patiently let both me and my wife test drive the 3 vehicles. He clearly outlined the diferentes, and the pros/cons of each compared to competitors. He followed up and made himself available to clarify and of our questions by email and text. On the follow-up appointment, Steven provided a great sales closing experience. He transparently navigated the financing and trade-in valuation process with me, and stayed an extra hour after closing until everything was ready. Great experience from walk-in to drive-off at Audi Beverly Hills. I was appointed to sales consultant Kam who took me on a test drive and taught me all of the ins and outs of the car I came in for. He thoroughly went over the car's service history line-by-line and answered any questions that I had. He was friendly and made sure I was always comfortable during my visit. We made a same day appointment with like an hour's notice to look at a Q8 and the only inconvenience experienced was the traffic to Beverly Hills. Was annoyed at our experience at Audi Pasadena (first stop since we live in Pasadena) right before this and actually came here with low expectations. We were greeted warmly by reception and didn't wait long for someone to come help. Everyone we encountered was friendly and said hi. Jad was fantastic and provided a comfortable buying experience. He helped us test drive a Q8 and even had both of us try the SQ8 when he saw us looking at it in the showroom. Ultimately, we were deciding between the Q8 and SQ8, and we talked about potentially ordering a specific Q8. I understand that dealerships prefer to sell immediately instead of having the client leave or order a car, but Jad asked what we were looking for in a custom and we talked about the pros of each car and picked the SQ8. I bought a 2022 Q3 from Audi Beverly Hills shop with 24,637 miles in September 2025. My initial sales experience was positive - they roll out the red carpet and are very motivated to sell cars. I even paid $5k for the extended warranty. However, my experience since driving the car off the lot has been quite of opposite. I've driven about 2,000 miles since purchasing the car and finally had a chance to take it for service to address 2 issues that appeared as soon as I got the car home. Once at the shop, I quickly found out there were more 'maintenance' issues that the dealer chose not to address prior to selling me the car. 1. The Inspection Due light came on as soon as I drove it off the lot. So the mechanics didn't think to reset it before selling the car. No real Issue for me except that the light coming on every time I started the car was really annoying and something they should have addressed as part of their inspection. 2. Since I bought the car, there has been a rattling sound under the car. After 3 days, the service people figured out that it's a known issue with the fuel lines and they actually issued a bulletin regarding the issues. Their response was - "Upon inspection/ verified customer concern on test drive/ advise tsb 2059997/7/ bulletin will consist of minimizing the fuel lines underneath the vehicle" And because Audi doesn't call it a 'defect', it's not covered under the extended warranty i purchased. However, Audi Service will fix it for $1,017 of which the cost of the part is $4.96. The Audi dealer and service center chose to sell me this car without disclosing this issue or paying $4.96 to fix a known issue. Not a great experience. New issues: While the car was at the shop for 4 days, they found other issues were present and known prior to selling me the car. 1. Battery Performance Test - This is showing as "Needs Immediate Attention". Upon inspection/ performed battery test due to battery charge status displaying below 12V/ found battery charging state per test plan below 50%/ test plan concluded battery faulty and last adaption done over 1700 days ago/ advise replacement. I've driven less than 1k miles - how is it possible that a car that is 3.5 years old and has 26k miles needs a new battery? Again, the dealer chose not to replace this prior to selling me the car or replace it once brought in for service. 2. Coolant Expansion Tank - This is showing as "Needs Immediate Attention". Upon inspection found discoloration in expansion tank and coolant fluid/ advise replacement of expansion tank with coolant fluid exchange to flush out unwanted particles in system. Also not covered under the warranty. Again, why wouldn't the dealer address this prior to selling me the car or just fix it as a courtesy given I just bought the car? 3. FUEL & AIR INDUCTION SERVICE - another "Needs Attention Soon" item. PERFORM DEALER REC. CUSTOMER AUTHORIZED FUEL & AIR INDUCTION SERVICE. WE CLEAN THE AIR INTAKE, INTAKE VALVES, RUNNERS & COMBUSTION CHAMBER. REMOVE CARBON FROM AIR INTAKE THAT ROBS THE VEHICLE OF PERFORMANCE & FUEL ECONOMY/ if not been performed this year. Again, the dealer couldn't have completed this simple service before selling me the car or paid to have this fixed while in service? Low marks for both the Audi Beverly Hills and their service center on Fairfax - first for selling a customer a car that had this many issues and then for not fixing them once brought in. I notified my Sales person of these issues and he said that he "passed this on to be looked into" but then no response. This is not a great way to do business and not a big endorsement for the quality of Audi vehicles. Just sharing my experience so if you choose to go to this dealer, maybe you can ask better questions than I did prior to purchasing a vehicle read more

Audi Beverly Hills Review Let me share my experience with Audi Beverly Hills. The first time I bought a car here, the experience was great. That positive experience is the only reason I returned for a second purchase. Unfortunately, the second time was completely different. About a week after taking delivery of my car, I received a bill from Audi Financial stating that I owed money for tire wear. This came as a complete shock. At the time of purchase, my salesperson clearly told me that everything was fine, the car was under mileage, the tires were acceptable, and that I owed nothing beyond my down payment. I relied on that representation in good faith. Not only was the bill incorrect, but other promises made during the sale--such as window tinting--were never fulfilled. Since then, I have tried to resolve this issue by speaking with multiple people at the dealership. I received little to no response. I even retained an attorney, and Audi Beverly Hills did not respond to my attorney either. To make matters worse, the car has been in the shop repeatedly and may qualify as a lemon. Meanwhile, Audi Financial is pursuing a balance that should be the responsibility of Audi Beverly Hills, not mine. This is a beautiful dealership with very poor follow-through. The lack of accountability, communication, and honesty is disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to get everything in writing and be extremely careful. read more
