I have money, I have taste and after living in LA for nearly 3 months I am still not on anyone's A-List and Saturday night is the loneliest night of the week...I thought to myself, "A Ferrari would certainly change that..." I headed to the bank and filled my briefcase with cash, I mean business and I pay with cash only. My driver picks me up and we headed to pick up my new gem of a car. As I walk in I see the F-430, a beauty indeed like no other. I tell Roger, the salesman, I adore the F-430 but it's too basic. I was just at the local Starbucks and saw three of the same car parked outside which leads me to believe there are too many self-indulgent wieners in this town with TOO MUCH MONEY! I am turned off, then I see the F-40. I hand over my briefcase...because like I said, I only pay in cash. I have my lawyer to sign all the paper work as I drive off in my class I super car. Since the purchase of the F-40 champagne has fallen from the heavens, doors have opened and velvet ropes have separation for my arrival to anywhere I go...I am on every A-List ....then I woke up and realized it was all a dream and I'm stuck driving my 1989 Nissan instead...but at least it's red? But seriously this place is awesome and I've never seen an F-40 in my life and although it was behind glass I got to see one here. I felt like a kid again. Bought a car for 444 was told the car would be $80,000 over sticker. Two months later I find out that the car was worth 391 MSRP and that I paid 130,000 over sticker.Aamir. Called me a woman And that I'm Gay. I guess Iranians don't have reapect for America. It's a diverse place to live. I wouldn't say you hate gays in Beverly Hills like you did. Long story short he tried to say that 391K sticker included tax plus $80,000 over sticker. Too bad that when even come out the 523 so I they still fucked me over if that was true. Have text messages stating 80k over msrp at 523k that would make it 443msrp. I bought a Maserati a few years back site unseen to ship to my home state. The salesperson assured me that the car was in pristine condition as it only had a few thousand miles on it and was meticulously taken care of by the previous owner. Now normally I would fly down and check the car myself but for some stupid reason, I thought, well they are Ferrari of Beverly Hills, and I'm sure they adhere to a much higher standard. Well stupid me for believing such a thing, and I guess I deserved to receive the car in such bad condition. The rim was scratched, the back seat had indentations on it and the front windshield was cracked. When I called them to complain, they basically responded in their usual snooty fashion that they did not notice these issues when they shipped the car and that it was my problem now. Oh well, lesson learned. Just because they have Beverly Hills in front of their name doesn't mean that you'll get Beverly Hills service. read more

Cold welcome, few email answers, and the sales rep made you feel like piece of s.... I had a pretty bad opinion about this dealer back then. Then I met James Bush, and the experience was all of a sudden great. Warm welcome, very nice, polite and most of all helpful. He got me an order of a California T and promised the car for January or February of 2015. Mid October, I receive an email from him saying my car will be delivered early November. I bought a 2007 Ferrari 599 GTM from them. The sales team is superb - the service is perfectionist. They will work well to fix your car so long that they see that you respect the car. I had some issues but it seemed that the bottom line is that there is a great deal of disdain to people who modify cars: working at Ferrari is not just a company - it is a state of mind. When they saw that I had modified the car - they were mortified (new stereo..carbon fiber stripes): although I was upset at first (they refused to service the car) - after I committed that no more modifications are to be done, we were all happy campers. read more

Bought a car here 15 years ago and they treated me more than fair. Although I have had many Ferraris over the years I live in Newport Beach so it just didn't work out to buy a car from them again until today. I have been looking for a new 488 and they happen to have exactly what I was looking for. Called on the phone and James has been there 20 plus years and I asked him what the go away price was and he called me back ten minutes later. Again they were more than fair so I went up this morning and did the deal. No haggle no nothing just straight talk 100%. I got home and realized they forgot to charge me for something I wanted extra on the car. I sent them an email and said call me and I will give you my credit card. I got and email back saying it was a pleasure selling me the car and it was a gift from them to me. SAY WHAT??? This was no small item. Once again they went out of their way, even when they didn't need too and the deal was already done. I worked with Amir Sadrieh because James was off today. Amir looked me straight in the eye and didn't try and bullshit me once. Very cool guy, the transaction was fun just the way it should be. Went to leave and Amir gave me a hug. Never write reviews like this, but in 40 years of buying parts from dealerships, I never ran into a crew like these guys. Went to get some parts at FBH for my 2005 F430, as I was headed to Monterey for the Concorso. I am an aviation and race mechanic and have always serviced my own vehicles. I should have known I was in trouble when I visited the restroom and the toilet would not flush--these guys need to visit a Lexus service lounge. When I asked for the standard filters and crush rings, he told me he would have to order them, and did not have a date when they would come in. When I pressed him asking how the annual services were being done on the numerous 430s in the service bays, he told me he only stocks parts for the 458, and that mine was obsolete! No gearheads here, just snotty business types, and parts guys who believe "Just In Time" inventory is a six week boat from the old country.
