We love the fresh baked lavash here. Always a line but worth waiting. We also tried their eclairs and omg huge and full of cream. Please support them. The staff are also very nice and friendly.

Fresh everything every day this place is always busy. I used to drive by this place and get upset because the roads were always blocked off because people are always stopping at this place. I finally stopped by and I see what the fuss is all about fresh bread fresh treats it's so hot in there because the bakery is running literally like 24 hours. Stop by if you want to try some Armenian treats. The workers inside are so nice!!

Great place to get fresh lavash or popular Armenian pastries! I found parking on a nearby side street, and I got inside right before a line started forming out the door. The staff behind the counters were very nice and explained what each pastry was. Their napoleon slice was so good. The pastry layers were thin and crispy and the cream was light and fluffy. They also threw in a single lavash for free because I had never tried it before! The lavash was slightly salted and I kept snacking on it by itself before using the rest as a wrap.

This place is one of my favorite places to go for baked goods, BEST LAVASH I ever had, delicious pastries, the size of every pastry is huge, the most important part is their service, best customer service ever, and the environment is fun ! 10/10

Arsen, there are very few people like you, a good Boss , a good Armenian, who has the most delicious Armenian fresh lavash and other delicious things, bread, pastries, khash, Armenian pickles, whatever you list, the day will come when it will happen next to your store and, my dear, look at whose queue of thousands of people I am proud of you We are eagerly waiting for the love and respect of the people, The Best Armenian Bakery

Would you do the following for a very good lavash? Stand in line for a minimum of 30 minutes? (Unless you go after 11PM) Stand in line on the sidewalk? When you get the lavash third of it burned Separate with you bought because they are stuck together

When I saw lines of people exiting this tiny bakery with sheets of ultra thin, super fresh lavash draped over their arms like dry cleaning, I knew I had to try. Perhaps the best bakery in Glendale. It's tiny, but everything is insanely fresh. They're constantly cranking out layers of hot, fresh lavash as well as an array of excellent cookies, pastries and pies. I bought a selection to try and instantly devoured it all. Didn't even last long enough to take a photo.

There's lavash and then there's K'arsi Lavash. After trying this lavash, I haven't been able to enjoy any other lavash. There's a line out the door for the freshly made lavashes and the wait is well worth it. Staff and owner are friendly and always greet you kindly and show appreciation for the client's support.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Freshest and the best lavash ever. This is how a good lavash has to taste and look like.

I happened to be at the tire shop across the street getting the tires changed on my car and needed to pick up some pastries for guests that were coming over that same day. One of those guests happens to be a baker so I really needed to find some fresh delicious pastries. I checked Yelp for nearby bakeries and La Jaconde popped up with really great reviews so I drove right across the street and picked up some baked goods. I picked up this big pastry that was stuffed with cream cheese and sour cherries (TRUST ME you want this), a box of mixed cookies and bite sized goodies, and a box of stuffed dates (don't knock it until you try it). EVERYTHING was fresh. Everything was tasty. And it got the stamp of approval from the baker friend. The cream cheese and sour cherry stuffed bakery literally disappeared in 10 minutes, and that thing was not small by any means. I returned to this same place the following week to pick up some savory baked goods for some friends, and the owner was at the shop and was so kind and so proud of his products (as he should be). Needless to say this is going to be my bakery of choice. I'd drive past 5 shops to get to this one any day.

The desserts look…read morelike edible artwork with velvet finishes, mirror glazes, and incredibly detailed presentation. I tried the Tropical Mango entremet and absolutely loved it. Light, silky, refreshing, and packed with tropical flavor without feeling too sweet. I also tried the raspberry chocolate pastry which was beautifully executed with raspberry compote and chocolate mousse, but I'm just very particular about chocolate-forward desserts. The iced vanilla latte was the perfect balance alongside the pastries, and I ended up leaving with a handful of macarons that were honestly addictive. Every flavor was delicious. Love the outdoor seating too. Perfect spot to slow down for a minute, enjoy a coffee, and have a really elevated pastry experience.

Artelice used to be okay when they first opened years ago. The pastries were refined, buttery,…read moreelegant, and actually reminded me of real French pâtisseries. Their New York rolls were full, rich, flaky, and flavorful. Unfortunately, over the past year, the quality has gone completely downhill. The croissants are now dry, overcooked, and tasteless , even early in the morning. It honestly feels like they changed the butter because the flavor is gone. The pastries look beautiful for Instagram, but the taste no longer matches the image. People probably come for the terrace and the "Paris" aesthetic, but nothing about these pastries feels authentically French anymore. The owner is Iranian and honestly should stick to Iranian pastries instead of trying to market this place as a French pâtisserie, because it is nowhere close to the quality or refinement of a real French pastry shop. On top of that, customer service is terrible. The employees are rude, impatient, and act bothered when you ask simple questions like the price of a croissants ; especially since prices are not clearly displayed. Paying almost $7 for a croissant or New York roll, and $10+ for many pastries, would maybe be acceptable with excellent quality and service... but definitely not with dry pastries and rude staff. Parking is another nightmare. There's no dedicated parking lot, so you have to park on San Fernando, pay for parking, and parking enforcement is constantly circling waiting to ticket people the second your time expires. This was my last visit. Save your money and go elsewhere for pastries -- honestly, even Whole Foods does better at this point.
