Wanting to try out the Indian cuisine first, Mango Lassi, Lamb chops -one of the Tandoor options, Lamb Biryani. Lassi was refreshing and will balanced. Lamb chops were delicious. It went so well with the freshness mint chutney as well, but great just by itself. I wonder if a Naan would have paired well with it. Ajmeri biryani was again different and a new variation of Biryani( out of so many) that I tried. It was again delicious and had a mix of flavors to it, maybe even a hint of fried rice of some kind to it to as well. Loved the presentation. Second visit called for the Indo-Chinese Hakka cuisine. Chicken wings were flavorful with really good texture. Chicken munchurian was as good as I remembered it from my childhood experience. Chicken szechuan noodles was just what I expected it to be with the flavor as well. Both of them paired nicely. The first visit service was really good, but it suffered to a 2 stars during the next visit. No one stopped by to pick up the menu, bring plates, pick up the used appetizer plates and drinks cups to make space for the entrée on a small table. They left the food on the next table for us. Someone who was not attending our table finally refilled the water (with was nice), but it was such a strange experience with service, quite different from the previous visit. That's the only reason for 4 stars. Also Masala Chai was good, but not at par with the food and it wasn't as hot.

Our only take would be that the Fried Vegetable Bites/Balls were supposed to be delivered with the sauce separate on the side - this was not the case, and the tray was all soggy and mushed :( Hopefully next time we can get the bites crunchy! Paneer E Khaas - cottage cheese with a delicious savory spinach gravy! Mmm, that green sauce soooo good - YOU gotta try this one! Veggie Diwani Handi - a beautifully spiced curried assortment of cauliflower, green peas, potatoes, baby corn - and more! It's a definite favorite for the entire crowd! Vegetable Samosas - delivered crispy with a TRIO SAUCE DIP OTS! How awesome is that!? Buttered Naan - great chew, slightly charred, oh so buttery - don't you dare skip this one! You need them for all the sauceeeeee to dip! Speaking of sauce and needs - BIRYANI (rice) with vegetables! The way they craft this dish is so delicious- packed with flavours and spices. Be sure to give it a good mix before you serve! Chicken Tikka Masala - marinated & grilled - smothered in a creamy tomato based curry. All the trays were so carefully wrapped, packaged, and delivered - I AM TELLING YOU - NOTHING SPILLED (BOTH TIMES WE HAVE ORDERED - look at the pictures)! Teams are friendly and so attentive to your catering needs. Thank you for another delicious catering Khau Gully Team!

I loved the nice touch adding in cumin seeds and additional flavour to the side rice that comes with the curry. Most restaurants just give you plain rice. I also got a side of garlic naan with was a 5/10 for me and caused me to take off a star in my rating. The garlic tasted like the minced one in the bottle rather than freshly chopped. I also found the naan a bit tough and not pillowy soft. Overall the curry was good and I'm going to give it another shot with a few more dishes before deciding whether to make it by new "go to" for Indian food. Im looking forward to trying the momos next.
