The young man stated that their lettuce is safe. There is no way they could know that. To risk your customers health and try to charge them more is insane. Clearly, they feel one customer is not going to make or break their business. We just moved in the area and enjoyed the food but since our health and money does not matter our family will no longer patronize their business and will encourage others in our community to no longer do so.
