Leslie gave us several ideas for the bedroom and helped us choose a custom option based on our needs. I was so happy with the master bedroom, that as soon as our budget allowed, I reached out again and sought help for project #2, which was to get motorized custom shades for the family room and motorized custom blackout curtains for two additional bedrooms. Leslie once again knocked it out of the park. She went out of her way to help me make use of the motors and remotes she installed at our previous home and that ended up saving us a considerable amount of money. Her honesty and integrity is something I truly value and it's one of the reasons I have worked with her so many times. Finally, Leslie came out for the third time this afternoon and completed the last of the window treatments for the home. Now every single window has been fitted with custom treatments and it has come together beautifully. One of the things I valued most about working with Leslie is that she really listened to me and never once did she try to upsell or expand a project beyond my expressed needs or wants. They didn't put the tile underneath the dishwasher and if you remove the kick plate you can clearly see they never even cleaned up underneath. Even though they had measurements of our over, there is an inch gap on one side between the countertop and the oven. Biggest issue is the countertops that we purchased through them. After 6 months, area around the kitchen sink area. We have been very careful about wiping down the area but yellowish water stains are definitely there.
