From the first meeting, measuring and estimate which was done without pressure to purchase to today's installation things were done without pressure total professionalism. When we contacted them, Dave was quick to respond and set up the appointment for an estimate. The day of the scheduled estimate he kept us updated to his arrival and came as scheduled. He explained the process and the various products we could choose from. He had samples for us an explained what options might work best considering our weather conditions etc. He presented us an estimate with no pressure for what we chose. The choice was simple and we signed the contract. He made us aware of the timeline etc which was not as issue. As per Dave's meeting and contract we were contacted about a week before installation and asked if a given day would fit our schedule. The day before the scheduled installation we were texted a reminder. The morning of the installation we were called about 30 minutes before the scheduled time of arrival. They arrived right on time. Wade and his guys (Edgar and Sean) went right to work. They were professional and extremely courteous as well as personable. They wore "booties" and had no problem with our friendly dogs. When they were finished the only thing we had remaining was BEAUTIFUL PLANTATION SHUTTERS!!!
