He installed the blinds and I noticed some blinds were warped and other had paint removed or peeling paint. With the competition you meet a sales person who always sounds nice, but the installers you never get to meet. Alegre's price was also very very competitive. This Company is Horrible,I had new shutters put in my Condo. It's been 1 yr now my windows it still not complete. Every time he comes out to put in a shutter, it doesn't fit..I don't hear from John for 6 months or more. He calls like it was yesterday he spoke to me. The shutters now after a year and still not complete , the ones that are there are falling in word or they just don't line up anymore. it's going to take 5 Yrs before he gets them right maybe.
