The install was quick, every custom blind fit perfectly, and our windows and doors were transformed. This guy John comes across as the family man type to win your business but he's shady. I went with him because of all the good reviews (probably friends of his). He installed the blinds and I noticed some blinds were warped and other had paint removed or peeling paint. He promised a lifetime of service and blind warranty but doesn't respond to calls or texts and has just taken off without any response. Beware. read more

Despite there being no Yelp reviews, we took the risk and went with Alegre Blind over other highly rated competitors on Yelp. We met John, the owner, who was genuinely nice. He is ALSO the installer. With the competition you meet a sales person who always sounds nice, but the installers you never get to meet. Alegre's price was also very very competitive. This Company is Horrible,I had new shutters put in my Condo. It's been 1 yr now my windows it still not complete. Every time he comes out to put in a shutter, it doesn't fit..I don't hear from John for 6 months or more. He calls like it was yesterday he spoke to me. The shutters now after a year and still not complete , the ones that are there are falling in word or they just don't line up anymore. it's going to take 5 Yrs before he gets them right maybe.
