She'll even call you instead if she thinks it would be more efficient. 2) Preferred planner with our venue. She worked insanely well with our venue coordinator, which smoothed over so many details we didn't even need to be there for. 3) Mom energy. Jessica made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and more during the events - food, water, rest, shade, phones, you name it. She was super patient and respectful with accommodating our parents' requests, too. 4) Management capability. We had a big fat South Asian wedding consisting of 4 events over 2 days with a thousand moving parts. Jessica coordinated all the vendor contracts and on-site set up. She and her husband themselves were present for the duration of all events, which made all the difference. This is the person you want when something goes wrong. From having an emergency photographer on speed dial to adjusting the timeline on the spot, Jessica kept things in motion. She brought our visions to life, whether it was through decor mockups, adding sticker decals to our welcome mirror, or negotiating quotes and extra setup time & venue space. My most favorite memory is Jessica texting me photos and videos of the Baraat celebration, which the bride is not part of. Our family has made a connection with Jessica for life, even far beyond the wedding.

Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

She asked us lots of questions and helped guide us in how to plan. All the services here are 100% free and we even got some freshly leftover cake from a tasting. After about an hour in the store, we left with a 3" thick book, summarizing every place to have a wedding in southern California, a few bridal magazines, and a much better feeling on what to do next. The girl there encouraged us to come back as many times as we needed to help plan and hire all the needed people. Bridal Bar is a must for confused couples =]

Late delivery + communication issues, but the delivery crew was great…read more I used Rental Avenue for furniture rentals for an event and spent around $7,000. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly stressful due to logistics and communication. The delivery showed up about 6 hours late, which completely threw off our setup timeline. Because they were so behind, I ended up having to stay at the property until 10:00 PM just to get everything placed and ready. To make matters worse, communication with the office was really difficult -- at one point, we had to have the delivery guys call the office repeatedly just to get someone on the phone and get direction/answers. That should never be on the customer (or the crew) to chase down. I'll say this: the delivery guys were honestly great. They were professional, kind, and clearly doing their best under the circumstances. We also ran into an issue with the table/chair heights. I ordered tall chairs, but I had selected shorter cocktail tables. They did help fix the issue, which I appreciate -- but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being scolded for it. When you're spending thousands and already dealing with a massively late delivery, the last thing you need is attitude. A simple "no worries, we'll get it sorted" would have gone a long way. Overall: great delivery crew, but the late delivery, hard-to-reach office, and the tone when resolving the setup issue made this a frustrating experience. I really wanted this to be a smooth, professional rental process, but it wasn't. I would not recommend.

The venue is beautiful, elegant, and extravagant even without any decor. They have very classy gold tables and chairs that will instantly elevate your event. They also have a video wall and a light show available for use during dancing for the reception. We had cocktail hour in the grand foyer and it was absolutely gorgeous. They even put out tables and chairs near the fountain in the courtyard for an outdoor space for both cocktail and reception. Not to mention, red carpet for all guests to feel like royalty walking into the hall. The food is absolutely amazing. ALL of my guests have been talking about it for days. The quality is unmatched and the quantity is insane. Food just kept coming out and everything was so exquisite. Johnny, the manager, has revamped the menu and really upgraded each dish to perfection. Johnny and Ashot, the managers, made sure we were satisfied with everything from start to finish. They put so much time and effort to make sure our day was spectacular. Any requests we had, they made it happen. It's very rare to find genuinely nice people who care about your event and needs rather than just caring about money. I would 1000% recommend this venue to everyone for any event-- wedding, birthday, engagement, they can do it all. A huge thank you to Johnny and Ash and everyone behind the scenes (cooks, waiters, etc). Our wedding was a fairytale and we couldn't have done it without you. But of course, the pandemic hit and everything changed and nothing would be the same. Leora quickly took action, lifted our spirits and made sure that no matter what, we'd still be getting married on that date. There's no possible way to fully express my appreciation for Best Bride on our journey down the aisle. THANK YOU for putting us before anything else during those 2 weeks of planning our new wedding. You helped us completely transform my grandmother's home in Beverly Hills into the most magical wedding ceremony in a matter of 2 weeks. Even though our initial wedding dreams completely shifted, somehow this became even more meaningful for us. We were surrounded by our closest friends and family who witnessed our gorgeous Chuppah and our truly sentimental ceremony. Not only were we completely delighted by everything as is but our wedding even received tons of attention and recognition from several amazing media outlets and publications, including GRACE ORMANDE! Who could have ever dreamt of this?! Leora has an incredible team of planners, I felt so supported, so cared for. Every single one of the Best Bride staff are so professional and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff and most importantly care and do it with love, passion and patience.
