We are beyond grateful for Rustic Yard Events and their incredible team! Their rental selection is absolutely amazing -- from tables and chairs to flatware and lighting, they truly have everything you could need. We shared our lighting inspiration photos with Carlos, and he perfectly brought our vision to life. His attention to detail was unmatched. Carlos went above and beyond from start to finish, making the entire experience effortless. On wedding weekend, his team handled full setup and takedown seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without any stress. Our wedding was completely outdoors on a cliffside property, and despite the challenging setup, they took care of everything with professionalism and ease. Our wedding day turned out even more beautiful than we imagined thanks to their stunning rentals, lighting, and the thoughtfulness put into every detail. Even our venue coordinator raved multiple times about how much she loved working with Carlos and his team. We highly recommend Rustic Yard Events to any couple or person planning an event. Rustic Yard Events was absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Carlos was professional, responsive, and truly invested in bringing our vision to life. He was always quick to answer questions, offered great recommendations, and made the whole rental process stress-free. The team arrived on time, set everything up flawlessly, and handled the transition from ceremony to reception seamlessly. Every piece we rented was beautiful and high-quality, and it all came together exactly how we imagined (e.g,. tables, chairs, linens, string lights, and etc.). We felt completely taken care of and are so grateful to Carlos and his team for helping make our day unforgettable. My daughter's outdoor ranch wedding was all set, and then, a week before the date the forecast said possible rain showers. The venue recommended Rustic Yard Events and I am forever grateful we chose them! We wanted a clear tent with chandeliers and were lucky enough to book the last one (30x40x8). I can honestly say that having that tent made all the difference. At dusk you could still see the mountains and once it was dark the lights made everything magical. From the moment I spoke to Carlos I knew we were in good hands. He and his crew came through on everything promised, arrived on time to set up and take down, and were a joy to work with. I can't recommend this company enough, I hope you give them a chance to show you what it's like to hire a company with excellent customer service and values. One last note: they offer so much more than tent rentals so check them out. read more

Omg! If I could give 10 stars I would! Carlos came through for me as I worked to elevate a room with nice linens after seeing there were thin plastic tablecloths on all the tables. He literally said he could help and get all the linens I needed to me and I had less than an hour to get this done! What an angel! His team member showed up and everything worked out perfectly! I can't thank Carlos enough. Very dependable, helpful and kind. I would recommend this business any day of the week! read more

A week before our wedding, we saw rain in the forecast, even worse, it was going to be a pretty bad storm & our venue was an outside venue. We found Rustic Yard on Yelp and reached out to obtain quotes. To be honest, I reached out a few different times as I wasn't sure what to rent (heaters, tent, sizing, etc.). This was the last thing I wanted to deal with before the wedding but Carlos made the experience so seamless. He was patient, understanding and direct. We rented a clear tent with patio lights and chandeliers that made our event magical. They set up the tents, dropped off the heaters and furniture the day before the wedding, in the rain and still did it with a smile. They were professional through the entire process. They provided amazing and reliable service at a great price. Carlos, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, to you and your team, you saved our wedding. read more

Carlos & Diana Mendoza run Rustic Yard Events. Them and their team we are the best in the industry. Hands down best prices, communication, and service! We just had our company's Thanksgiving Dinner and rented tables, chairs, napkins, charger plates, candles and a clear tent from them. EVERYTHING was in great condition. Originally I was going to use another company but due to the rain I needed a last minute tent and they didn't provide that service. Rustic Yards' quote came in almost at the same price as the original company but it also included the tent Thank you Carlos for being so patient with me and servicing our last minute event. Rustic Yard Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I were recently married in July & continue to talk about how important of a role our vendors played in the planning of our wedding. From the very beginning, Carlos from Rustic Yard Events was incredibly helpful, communicative, insightful, and understanding. We gave him our vision and he made sure to provide plenty of recommendations, visuals, and mock ups. I am a very particular person and I wanted to make sure everything was done right. Because of that, I scheduled so many different calls, sent so many texts, and requested a few meetings to go over set up for the big day. Carlos, as busy as he is, never failed to make himself available to us! Carlos was also a huge help because we bought a few different props for the wedding, such as a large mirror, some candle holders, and chargers, and he offered to take those items to the venue for us so our family did not have to worry about making a trip. This gesture on his part was very much appreciated as it took an unnecessary stress off of our shoulders. Rustic Yard Events has an AMAZING variety of equipment, props, and party essentials. Everything they provided for our wedding was beautiful & of high quality. But, again, above ALL else, Carlos is just an amazing person to work with. I cannot explain enough just how helpful he was in this entire process. Their prices can't be beat and neither can their service. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Rustic Yard Events is absolutely the best rental company for weddings & events! As event planners, we utilize their rentals quite regularly. Don't be fooled by the name! They assist with all styles of event decor. They make all their wooden furniture on site locally! Carlos, the owner, his wife and dad are a great team and very helpful. Their prices are most reasonable. And, they deliver and pick up on time. Muchas Gracias Carlos! read more

This company is very awesome and I am so happy to have been able to rent tables and chairs from them. Very professional and courteous from the start. I planned a last minute wedding and was calling party rental businesses left and right. I only needed 2 tables and 15 chairs since my wedding was really small due to the C-19 situation. Every place was charging a minimum of $500 or more which in my opinion is ridiculous because we are living in a time where no one can have big parties right now. I finally got in touch with this company through Yelp and was assisted by a gentleman named Carlos who very professional. Literally 4 days before my wedding, he was able to get me the tables and chairs for the wedding and delivered them 2 days early. The chairs and tables were so lovely and better than what I expected. The delivery also went smooth. I was at work so I asked them to text rather than call since its a new job and I was training. They called my husband instead and met my mother outside without a hassle. When I asked them if they needed help finding my house, they told me everything was all taken care of and everything went smooth. If you need rentals, I highly recommend this place. I will most certainly rent from here in the near future. read more

Highly recommend Rustic Yard Events for your next event! I was initially hesitant because I found them on Facebook Marketplace, but they're the real deal. I worked with J Carlos Mendoza. We had limited correspondence months before our wedding, but days leading up to the event, Carlos was responsive and available via text, phone, and email. His team was impressively efficient when it came to same day set up and break down. We rented bistro lights, farm tables and cross back wooden chairs - they were all new and in excellent condition. The tables were a great size and the wood stain was beautiful (perfect for our rustic themed wedding). Huge plus that Rustic Yard Events had the best rates too! Rustic Yard Events was recommended to us by our vendor (Valentine DTLA) and we couldn't have been happier that they were! We used them for both our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Day! They have a wide selection of items/equipment that you can rent, their website is easy to navigate (and helps you realize if you might be forgetting something you need), and you receive an invoice really quick so you can see if it's for you! Everything we got from them was in perfect condition and a lot of our guests complimented! The only issue we ran into with Rustic was technical as when we emailed the email address that sent an invoice back, sometimes we would not get a response. But if you email them directly (rusticyardevents@gmail.com) or call their phone number, they will answer all of your questions! We highly recommend them if you're looking for a rental company who will make your event super smooth! read more
