My daughter's outdoor ranch wedding was all set, and then, a week before the date the forecast said possible rain showers. The venue recommended Rustic Yard Events and I am forever grateful we chose them! We wanted a clear tent with chandeliers and were lucky enough to book the last one (30x40x8). I can honestly say that having that tent made all the difference. At dusk you could still see the mountains and once it was dark the lights made everything magical. EVERYTHING was in great condition. Originally I was going to use another company but due to the rain I needed a last minute tent and they didn't provide that service. My wife and I were recently married in July & continue to talk about how important of a role our vendors played in the planning of our wedding. From the very beginning, Carlos from Rustic Yard Events was incredibly helpful, communicative, insightful, and understanding. We gave him our vision and he made sure to provide plenty of recommendations, visuals, and mock ups. I am a very particular person and I wanted to make sure everything was done right. Because of that, I scheduled so many different calls, sent so many texts, and requested a few meetings to go over set up for the big day. Carlos, as busy as he is, never failed to make himself available to us! Carlos was also a huge help because we bought a few different props for the wedding, such as a large mirror, some candle holders, and chargers, and he offered to take those items to the venue for us so our family did not have to worry about making a trip. I planned a last minute wedding and was calling party rental businesses left and right. I only needed 2 tables and 15 chairs since my wedding was really small due to the C-19 situation. Every place was charging a minimum of $500 or more which in my opinion is ridiculous because we are living in a time where no one can have big parties right now. I finally got in touch with this company through Yelp and was assisted by a gentleman named Carlos who very professional. Literally 4 days before my wedding, he was able to get me the tables and chairs for the wedding and delivered them 2 days early. The chairs and tables were so lovely and better than what I expected. The delivery also went smooth. I was at work so I asked them to text rather than call since its a new job and I was training. They called my husband instead and met my mother outside without a hassle. When I asked them if they needed help finding my house, they told me everything was all taken care of and everything went smooth. If you need rentals, I highly recommend this place. Was introduced to Carlos for help with my milestone birthday party. His selection of items was perfect for our needs and handling it all online was a breeze. His crew called me 30 mts in advance of delivery to make sure I'd be there and then showed up on time and delivered everything to where each item needed to be. The same crew arrived right on time the following Monday to collect everything and, again, could not have been any nicer. We were referred by a family friend to consider this vendor for our wedding rentals. We were a bit concerned because of the tight budget we had to work with and it being a backyard wedding. That being said we were able to visit their show room in the valley look at all of their rental items. The company then followed up with an estimate of the rental items, and from there we trimmed down what we didn't need and added anything we forgot about. They were really flexible when we had any changes to the guest count or the rental items leading up to wedding day. Day of before wedding rentals were dropped off and let me tell you their rentals were super organized and labeled, we were able to talk with the people to verify we had everything, they placed and put the arch together for the wedding, and even cleaned the dance floor before they headed out. The day after the wedding rentals were picked up with no problem. I highly recommend this company for any special or larger events you have coming up.
