Everything from the very beginning of booking with them, to the day they picked up their items was so smooth and very professional. Bryant and his team member, Angel, did a fantastic job communicating, creating the invoice (even after adding more items to rent, they quickly sent me the updated invoice!), setting up, and taking down. We rented the ivory umbrellas which were SO beautiful and it elevated our backyard for our engagement party (also did a great job protecting my guests from the sun). It was very clean and stable throughout the entire day and night. White Cocktail tables (I chose no LED) and Hydraulic chairs were amazing and everyone loved the option to sit by the higher cocktail tables and use the hydraulic chairs that they could go up and down on. I found this company through a FB post, he advertised LED cocktail tables that I loved the look of-and so I called and ordered 4, for my event. A few days later I added 3 round tables and 30 chairs, and linens. Although the color selections for linens are a little limited- his prices are very reasonable-and his service was fantastic. Bryant was attentive, polite and very accommodating. He personally delivered his rentals to my home and set them up himself-and picked them up the next day. I hired Bryant to do the lighting and the picture backdrop for my son's bar mitzvah held at UCLA. From day 1, Bryant was extremely responsive to both email and text communication. He came out to the venue and told me what he thought the place needed. He was spot on! He knows exactly what he's doing. He's professional and very talented. What kind of DJ starts to pack up hours before the event is over? He was sitting down the whole time and definitely brought the energy down when he unplugged the dance disco lights and started packing up two hours before our wedding was over! Our guests were asking us why was he starting to pack up because our event was supposed to go until 4 pm. He started packing up at 2 pm and walking back and forth with his supplies in front of the wedding couple and the guests as if the party was over.
