My husband and I haven't slept in a couple days. Living separately for a couple of days.. My poor puppy was on edge.. I didn't know what to do. The woman I spoke with eased my spirit in more ways than she could ever know. A half hour later... After getting his shot records we drove to Bothell... At first.. I was skeptical, mostly because I've never been away from my puppy... My husband took him in. Had a mini tour. Purchased extras. Walking. Play time.. Blankie and meat and rice. We were relieved... He was safe... We could stay in the hotel and sleep... Until our paperwork was signed. We were without my pup for 4 days.. We called daily and was given a report on him, I felt like a bad dog mom. Finally. My puppy came home... And he was HAPPY. he got bigger and was less aggressive now than when he went in for boarding. I am so happy that I found this place. We didn't think much of it. Stuff happens. 2nd was the worst ear infection I have ever seen. Clearly bloody outside and inside his ear. He was crazy scratching. Neither of these visits did we get a call from them letting us know so we could take action earlier. Our dog was clearly not walked or looked after on either of these visits. Unfortunately we will not be returning, and I recommend that you try another place first.

We had to leave our 2.5 month puppy for over a week, along with our other pets, so we were picky! This little dog was just beginning to bond with us and we were feeling so guilty about that, fearing he'd forget about us when we returned. Luckily Todd stepped in for full time overnight stays and the pets could stay home with a very kind sitter. We received tons of pictures and updates from Todd during the vacation, as we always have each time we have hired him after that. Todd has taken care of things promptly that have happened during his stays...a dead possum in the backyard, a fallen tree, etc. Barb is extremely prompt and responsive for scheduling and schedule change requests. We are very happy leaving our pets in the capable hands of the Whisker Sitter.

The cost for the service is very reasonable when compared to others. The self wash offers the best self wash experience I've had by a mile. It's not always a perfect experience. Sometimes they are super busy and getting checked in and out can be cumbersome. They would benefit from a larger lobby for sure. I also have found that groomers come and go a lot but that's true at many places. I wish they were closer but that's my biggest complaint.

Per the USPS tracking, the medication will not arrive until a full 5 business days. It took PetSmart a day and a half from printing the shipping label to actually dropping the item off at USPS. As a large company, you would think that they would have a more efficient system to get items to the mailing facility. I understand the shipping policy said "most orders", but you would think that PetSmart would have enough sense to prioritize mailing MEDICATIONS but I guess in their eyes medications are not important. This was my first time ordering from you and it definitely is the last time. So you're asking what could improve? If PetSmart cannot adhere to their own shipping policy, especially regarding medication, they should probably change it as a create an unrealistic expectation for the customers. I am beyond annoyed!
