We had to leave our 2.5 month puppy for over a week, along with our other pets, so we were picky! As a large company, you would think that they would have a more efficient system to get items to the mailing facility. I understand the shipping policy said "most orders", but you would think that PetSmart would have enough sense to prioritize mailing MEDICATIONS but I guess in their eyes medications are not important.
