We have a little menagerie of animals we love, and we could not be more grateful to Twin Pines for taking such exceptional care of both our animals and us! Care, passion, professionalism, and competency are at the heart of this practice, and the high standards of care are evident from the front desk staff to the vets. The front office staff is a pleasure to coordinate with, and the vets and techs are truly exceptional. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Dr. Hardy, the practice owner, who was our lifesaver over Christmas when our pig fell ill. Dr. Hardy is truly dedicated to her work, offering dynamic and thoughtful answers to all my questions about caring for my flock, goats, and pig. We saw her today, and I learned so much! As a seasoned business owner in the animal care industry, I know that intentionality and love are the fabric of a business so well run, and I am thoroughly impressed with Twin Pines. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Highly recommend!

Recently switched to this vet clinic since driving down to Kent for puppy appointments is a bit far. I had a wonderful experience with my older corgi and will be taking my shiba in soon. You wait in your car and call them to let them know you've arrived for your appointment and they come out and take your pet in for you. After the doctor does initial exam, the Doctor will call you and chat about how things are going and discuss any concerns you have. Doctor Robertson addressed all my concerns and I felt like I was really being listened to. After the exam and whatever things you need done like vaccinations, your pet is returned to your car all happy and you can pay either by card or cash. One thing I really appreciate about this place is that not only are there email reminders for your appointment, they also call you the day before just to double confirm your appointment. Super helpful if you're super busy or tend to forget things.

This place is amazing! I brought my first foster dog to Twin Pines to get him checked out. The foster boy dog is kind of big and strong and I was afraid to even try to clean his ears and nails, so part of me wondered if this wonderful team is going to be able to take care of that. When I got the end of the visit call from Dr. Robertson, she was super nice and was able to somehow magically get an ear swab off the dog despite him threatening to bite her. She was so positive about it too when she mentioned it you know these folks care about what they do. I liked their care so much that despite living more than 20 miles away and having closer options, we took our second foster dog to Twin Pines for the wellness exam. What more can I say? I really would recommend them without reservation! But wait, I do have more to say! Colleen has been super patient, friendly, and courteous on the phone! I am also super impressed at how easily they transferred the electronic medical records from the foster dogs' previous care providers. Jacob is wonderful too. I see the patient and care and the time he takes not only in working with me and giving me the time to secure the dog before talking business, he shows that same care and consistency in working with everyone while I wait for my turn. They are truly excellent, professional, warm, and courteous service with a smile...okay okay, I had to infer the smile since they are all being safe and wearing masks, but I guarantee you that you will feel the warm when you see them!

UPDATE: I waited until I was less upset to write this…read moreupdate. Time didn't really help, I'm still angry. Your response is insulting and only reinforces my concern about this practice. Instead of engaging with the substance of what I experienced, you've chosen to focus on technicalities and imply I'm mistaken or confused. Who the owner was is completely beside the point. I was a long-term client, and I know exactly who I was dealing with and the guidance I received. An employee told me the vet who assisted me was the owner. Attempting to discredit my experience over that detail feels evasive rather than accountable. Dismissing my account as "erroneous" without addressing the actual outcomes is troubling. I was given advice, that I later learned through a second opinion, was inappropriate and ridiculous... and in at least one case, dangerously wrong. That is not a misunderstanding; that is a failure in the care Inglemoor provided. Yes, I have the correct location. Anything incorrect I said was because it was information given to me by your employees. You state that you don't "insist" on treatments, yet the pressure I experienced happened. You claim not to offer or promote certain therapies, yet they were explicitly presented to me. You describe medications as readily available and inexpensive, yet I repeatedly struggled to obtain them and saw poor results while being told the condition was effectively "untreated." These are not abstract complaints, these are my experiences. Rather than acknowledging that I may have had a genuinely poor and even harmful experience, your response suggests I must be wrong. That lack of reflection is exactly why I will continue to compel others to seek care elsewhere. I did not write my review lightly. I wrote it after losing my cat under circumstances that, according to another veterinarian, involved missed or incorrect diagnoses, and after seeing a clear improvement in care with my surviving cat once I left your practice. If you truly take negative feedback seriously, then start by considering that not every uncomfortable review is "erroneous." Do better. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I caution everyone against considering Inglemoor Animal Hospital. My cats suffered needlessly and I strongly feel I was misled and pressured into unnecessary, inappropriate treatments and costs. Not everyone can afford a 2nd opinion but I'm glad I could. While some vets at Inglemoor were kind and well-meaning over the years... the owner, who was my primary vet, gave advice that was not only unhelpful but may have caused serious harm to my cats. She pushed pseudoscientific treatments like acupuncture, misdiagnosed dental issues (recommending unnecessary surgery), and dismissed the need for special kidney diet food for my elderly cat who did in fact have kidney disease, (which was later confirmed by another vet.) They insisted on radioactive iodine treatment for my elderly cat's hyperthyroidism. But due to the cat's advanced age, I went with the less invasive option of medicating daily. Getting it was a pain (at times it was out of stock,) the expensive medication did not control the issue as expected. After many months, I was told her condition was being documented as untreated. That statement made me furious, and finally decide to go elsewhere for care. I got a second opinion from a far more competent veterinarian who corrected these misdiagnoses and actually demonstrated the reasoning behind their care plan. I'm deeply frustrated I had to go elsewhere to get proper help. The cat with hyperthyroidism passed away from extensive undiagnosed cancer shortly after their first exam with the new vet. It was too late for them to help. My surviving cat is having a much better time under the care of a different vet.

Can't speak highly enuf about this place. The entire team is exceptional. It's a good feeling to…read moreknow your vet is accommodating when your pet is ill. Inglemoor Animal Hospital is now our "go to" vet!

The amazing vets at CBEAM saved my lizards life…read more My beloved Moroccan uromastyx lizard, Beanbag, had developed a horrible infection due to a bladder stone causing trauma internally, making him anemic as well. While their services are not cheap at all, they did stay within my budget and were very accommodating. They are very thorough with their testing and they prescribed a lot of medications but I'd rather that than doing too little. I wanted to do right by my lizard. I can't argue with the results. Beanbag is better than he was before the surgery. He is a changed happier and healthier lizard. In the span of two months my lizard went from deaths door to a happy, healthy and strong beast. It took surgery and a whole bunch of medications (and probably a good amount of luck) but my story has the happiest ending it could possibly have. It's hard to put into words but I'll just say I can't thank them enough. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Not recommended for birds…read more My parakeet had a stroke and I took him in for guidance. They took blood for testing and fees were over $600 for an emergency visit and blood testing. I did not get good guidance on how to set up a cage and feed him. I called the vet back several times over the next two days but no one ever answer red in person nor returned my calls. By the last few I was really begging for a call with blood results and help. He died a few days later. They never called me back. I never received any results. After I posted a critical Google review (since deleted by them) they had the audacity to send a sympathy card - STILL WITH NO BLOOD RESULTS. Another of our birds had a foot problem. We went to a regular emergency vet and got better care from a dog vet than we got from the "exotic experts". I saw a lot of rabbits in the waiting room, so maybe they are better with mammals?

Follow up to my first review…read more I wasn't surprised when I didn't hear from Banfield on Monday despite the receptionist's assurances that the vet would call in the prescription as soon as he was done with his patient. I called again yesterday (Tuesday) at 12:54pm and really, really tried not to be a Karen but I know I came across pretty dammed spicy, having to explain AGAIN to the same receptionist that I was still waiting on my pup's meds. He said that all he could do was pass on my requests to the vet but this time he would also pass on a detailed explanation of what had been happening to the office manager, who would be back in the office shortly. I said I wanted to speak to the office manager directly and said I didn't have my cell phone with me number so to call me at a different number. I even repeated the phone number twice and was reassured I would get a call back to talk to someone that day. I waited. And waited then got caught up with a few things and by the time I looked at the clock, it was 6:01pm. I frantically called the office not they were closed. Grrr!!! I finally got back to my cell around 8pm and found a v/m from the receptionist at 6:18pm. It said they needed to get an accurate weight on my dog so they could call in the correct meds. They would be closed tomorrow so I should bring my dog in on Thursday. WTF???? First, where's my call from the office manager?!?! Second, you do didnt call the number I gave you. Third, so I have to wait two MORE days? Forth, I've already wastwe SO MUCH TIME on this. Now, you expect me to have to take time off work to go to you to get my dog weighed? I was just there a few months ago when the vet prescribed the meds in the first place. Why do you need another weight? If I told them I wanted to spend a lot more money to fill the meds at Banfield, I'm SURE they wouldn't ask me to go through all of these hoops. Why are they making this so difficult?!?! Banfield, please stop holding my poor pup's flea/tick meds hostage!!!

Sharing my extreme disappointment with the customer service we received from Luke, which was by far…read moreone of the worst experiences I've had. We initially called with a simple question about the cost of our upgrade. Over the span of nearly 20 minutes, we were placed on hold four separate times. Each time, a different person came on the line, only to repeat the exact same information: that we needed to come in to sign for the upgrade. Despite our repeated efforts to clarify that this was not the question we were asking, we continued to be placed on hold without resolution. As the call dragged on, our frustration understandably grew. By the fourth handoff, we told the representative that we wanted to cancel our visit due to the lack of clarity and basic communication. Instead of acknowledging our frustration or trying to help, Luke interrupted us mid-sentence, confirmed the cancellation, and abruptly hung up the phone. We called back to speak with someone else and were told by Luke that he was the only one available to answer phones--despite the fact that he had just passed us off to multiple people moments earlier. This lack of accountability and transparency was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, when we went in person to confirm our cancellation, we were informed that we needed to call a completely different number to actually cancel our plan--something Luke failed to mention. Not once did Luke apologize for the confusion, poor service, or his dismissive behavior. If someone is unable to answer a question, they should be honest about it--not shuffle customers around or hang up the phone. It's even more troubling when this kind of service involves the care of our pets. If you cannot treat your customers with respect, how can we trust you to care for our animals? Kindness and honesty cost nothing. Please do better.
