One of our dogs is very high anxiety when it comes to groomers and they've had no issues with him here, which is amazing. We haven't been able to get his nails trimmed anywhere else because he freaks out too much but the groomers here are magical and get it done each time. It's a bit pricey but worth it to know our dogs are well taken care of. They also come back so handsome each time!

They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing. We do not know what happened while she was in their care, but her changed behavior strongly suggests a traumatic incident occurred during her last stay. Before this, we had used them many times in the last year without any issues. Our last experience, however, was unacceptable. Her change in behavior is heartbreaking and our trust in this facility is completely broken. I wish we had paid closer attention to the red flags other customers have noted in reviews, such as injuries and a lack of accountability from management. Like other reviewers, we now believe this facility's quality of care has seriously degraded since July 2025. Do not be fooled by past positive experiences or the assumption that your pet will be fine. I cannot in good conscience recommend Tails-A-Waggin Dog & Cat Inn to anyone. Please consider a different facility for your pet's safety and well-being.
