This is the smothered chicken sub bomb with fries- try their kettle chips! Yummy!

One of our go to places... we love Kapi's. Great food and drinks with super friendly and helpful people who work there! My favorites include the smothered chicken sub bomb (grilled chicken smothered in American cheese, onions, peppers, and mushrooms on a sub roll)- so much inside it thst you can eat it with a fork, the chicken quesadilla, and the grilled chicken wrap. They have delicious seafood, pasta and so much more! I highly recommend them!

A local dive watering place. Visited for lunch and it was hopping. The bartender/ waitress was awesome. Attentive to her bar and her table guests. The broccoli Cheddar soup was tasty and a good start to lunch. The taco salad was basic but good. The taco shell was crispy and not oily- awesome. I did add some ranch so it was not dry- highly recommend. Overall a good lunch and suggest you give it a visit.

Kapi's Pub is a dive but I was surprised at what fun we had here. There are two separate sections, a dining area and bar area. Three of us sat at a high top table in the bar area. We had two waitresses that served us, both were funny and quick. We started with an order of naked wings with a side of Buffalo sauce and Stinging Honey sauce. The wings were crispy and sauce's spicy. I ordered wine which was poured from a mini bottle, my friends had beer from tap. For food we ordered a hamburger, salad with grilled chicken and a Buffalo chicken wrap. My burger was cooked medium, served with crunchy tater tots and was delicious. Friends said the salad and wrap were very good and portion size was large. Watching food come out of the kitchen will make us want to come back for other menu items. The Fish & Chips looked good as well as the Country Fried Chicken dinner. We ate, talked and drank for about two hours. Overhearing other patrons were funny and everyone seemed to have a good time. Someone played a prank by putting what appeared to be a real $20 bill in the mens room urinal. It was fake and the bill eventually disintegrated.

What a great pub! Good food & prices. I had the Fish & Chips baked, it was fresh and delicious. A couple people had the beef stew, they said that they get it every time because it's always good. I asked for a cocktail with gin. Kaley and Suzanne mixed up something so good I just had to have more than one!

Tried it again. Nothing says classy like a plastic cup with your dinner. Failure again.

We haven't dined here in quite some time, but decided to join some friends to this out of the way…read morerestaurant. It's somewhat in the middle of nowhere, so why was it difficult to get a reservation for Saturday night? Simply said, great food at reasonable prices. Our choices were 4:30 or 6:30, we chose to go early after a two-mile chilly walk along the beautiful Blackstone Canal, just 7 minutes away from the UxLocale. We were seated immediately and our waitress arrived in just moments. We were provided menus, waters and we ordered some drinks which arrived not long after. There were only a few patrons here as the UxLocale opens at 4pm. The menu changes weekly, and our party of four selected: * Warm Pecorino with Truffle Honey Cheese * Tuscan Shrimp Pappardelle * Tomato Carbonara Pappardelle * (2) 1.5" New York Strip Steak * Cannoli for Dessert Let's start with the steaks. In a word, delicious! Both were cooked perfectly medium rare, tender and juicy. Two sides are included, I got the Beet Salad (tasty and nicely dressed) and the potatoes with bacon which were awesome. A co-diner ordered the same dish but got the Caesar salad which he liked very much. We both agreed, a solid 5-star dinner at a reasonable $37 price. The shrimp plate looked beautiful and substantial. The diner loved it and ate every bite. The Tomato Carbonara Pappardelle was also tasty, albeit with strong pepper undertones. If you don't like a lot of pepper, you might try a different dish, or ask if the chefs can cut back on it. That said, I liked it and would be happy to order this. Most of the diners liked the Warm Pecorino with Truffle Honey Cheese Skillet (slices of Pecorino Romano cheese, warmed to a mild melt and drizzled with truffle-infused honey. The salty, sharp cheese and sweet, pungent honey are a classic pairing in Tuscan cuisine. Warmed and served on a cast-iron skillet). I liked it, one diner thought it was too salty, though that is the way it's described above. The dishes are all large, three of us brought home leftovers. We finished by sharing a cannoli dessert, which was excellent, crispy cannoli with a light and tasty filling. An outstanding dinner, with excellent services at a reasonable price (dinner for four with drinks was $209 before tip). A solid 5-stars on this visit. Note that they request tips be left in cash (for all of us who use little if any cash these days). There is a cash machine when you first enter.

I can only imagine how much better it is when the zoo is open and you can see the animals! This restaurant is part of Southwick Zoo. The brunch is offered for a limited time, seasonally. From the breakfast staples like eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, to crème brulee French toast and waffle station, an omelet station, all of the bagels and breakfast breads, and lunch options from chicken & sausage marsala, mashed potatoes and even baked haddock... there was something for everyone. Save room for the dessert station which had ooey gooey cinnamon rolls, cheesecake, cookies, mousse and so much more. Today they were offering a special Bloody Mary where we got the glass to take home. My husband couldn't resist! Waitstaff was attentive (thanks, Meagan!) and the environment was cozy but spacious. We'll be back for lunch or dinner soon!

When we pulled in, I was a little skeptical -- we didn't realize it was directly next to the zoo and the parking lot didn't have a lot of cars.... With that said, everything was GREAT! We sat along the windows with a view of the petting zoo; it was so fun watching the goats run around!! We ordered artichoke dip and bbq wings as apps and they were delicious! I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and my boyfriend ordered the burger. Again, everything was great!! We would happily come back!
