We got the fall sundae and it was so yummy! We chose the pumpkin butter ice cream and it was so creamy and delicious! It also had a nice added touch of the salty pecans and caramel sauce and an oatmeal cookie to top it off! I had the dairy free vanilla ice cream on a waffle cone with sprinkles. It's the first time I've ever had dairy free ice cream, and I was just being adventurous. It was DELICIOUS!!!! I would have never known it was dairy free. It tasted kind of like frosting! Sooo good! The ice cream is homemade. And there were about 12 flavors to choose from. They also have a pup cup available for your dog! :-) I wanted to give this place five stars but I couldn't. They were running out several flavors, had slow service, and were not the friendliest. But they opened about two weeks ago, so I'm sure they are just working out the kinks! read more

Stopped by after getting a late breakfast with the Family at Gene's and I think I may have found my new ice cream spot. I know that a lot of ice cream places offer Dairy free alternatives, but usually even at places that I love like Mason's...you can just tell. I'm thinking I might be able to go lactaid free for awhile because their Cookies & Cream dairy free was amazing. We also tried their Red Velvet and Cookie monster since we were told that they are their best sellers. The selection looks pretty great and it's a Doggo friendly establishment! I'll definitely be coming back with the doge and to try more of their options! read more

But the ice cream is next level & they actually filled the waffle cone. Glad to find them before too many people get wise & they have a line around the corner. Took the family here for ice cream, and I'm told that the ice cream was delicious. I wouldn't know because I went in wanting the Malted Milk ice cream or the chocolate cherry, but they were out of both - so I changed my selection to an ice cream sandwich - but they were out of that too! Anyway, the rest of my family, who did get ice cream all said it was good. Couple things: * place was cute (but could use some decorations) * prices were reasonable * the process of getting a new tub of ice cream seemed a little unsanitary older lady sticking her entire body including her head (and hair) into the ice cream freezer to move the bottoms of tubs on top of the open tops of the other tubs to get a new tub out, while knocking the freezer ice into the open tubs of ice cream....hopefully none of her hair, or any dirt from the counter or freezer got onto the bottom of the tubs that then touched the open tubs.... * check out was fast * employees were not the most friendly (they weren't mean, but didn't actually talk to the customers) read more

We have this tradition about going on "walks", only to finish our walks with ice cream. Doesn't really make sense, I know, but it always makes us happy! So, when we heard that a new ice cream shop opened up in Kamms corner, of course we had to take a "walk" over there. It's a cute small ice cream shop, located in the Kamms corner plaza. They serve about maybe 12 hard ice cream flavors in differing sizes- junior, small, etc in a variety of cones. We've tried malted milk, cherry chocolate chip, and mint chocolate chip so far. And so far, it's all been good. The ice cream is creamy and smooth and it's not too sweet. I tend to not really like the ice cream from the famous place in cle that starts with a M, mostly because that place just feels too sugary. However, I felt like the Kamms corner ice cream co was just right on point. The malted milk flavor is by far our favorite so far though- and I don't normally even like malts! It was like eating a lightly flavored malts with bits of whopper like flavors... it's by far our favorite flavor as of the moment. If you're in the area, check it out- it's worth it! read more

Met the "sweet" ladies giving ice cream samples at the asphalt cinema the other day... Love to see a local business getting out in the community! We missed the cookie monster samples so made a date to try it today at the grand opening, unfortunately that flavor wasn't offered. Instead we tried the Superman, Chocolate, and Cherry chocolate - all were very creamy and flavorful! The shop is very cute and service fast and friendly! Only a minor gripe... Wish the puppy cups were a made at by the shop instead of a prepackaged dogsters. Excited for more flavors - We'll be back soon! read more

I tend to make the drive to Mitchell's, but decided to give this place a try. Very clean inside, and while their selection is smaller, there is definitely something for everyone. I tried the red velvet cake - really good! And I was shocked at how inexpensive it is compared to Mitchell's - a single scoop cone is only $1.98! So good! I was on my way home and remembered that this place opened recently. I looked online and wanted Rocky Road. They were sold out. I tried the Red Velvet which was good but didn't have the salty balance that I wanted so I got a single scoop of butter pecan in a waffle cone. Normally I don't buy cones because I don't eat the ice cream quickly enough. I gobbled this down. The ice cream had a pretty good variety, I wasn't surprised they might run out of flavors because they're a small batch ice cream shop. The names were catchy. The minimalist decor was Pinterest worthy. They had flavors called Cookie Monster, Superman and Cotton Candy. I can't wait to go back with my kids! read more

This little shop is a wonderful and charming addition to the Kamm's Corners neighborhood! All the icecream (except the puppy cups, they use Dogsters which is a high quality/vet recommended dog treat) is made in-house and is creamy and delicious. I tried the malted-milk and coffee flavors and loved them both! They have a smaller selection of flavors, but the employees said they will continue to expand their options as time goes on. Their prices are also very reasonable-a single scoop only cost $1.99! I'm excited to see them grow and plan to go back in the near future! read more

This is really more of a 3.5 on the ice cream, but a 4 when I factor in the rest of the experience. Cute little place in Kamms Corner. Ice cream made in house. Flavors are limited but they are just starting out. The ice cream itself was good, not as creamy as I'd like. I tried the blue cookie monster I believe. It was definitely good, but not sure I'd get it again. Would probably try something else. I do enjoy the cute decor on the inside and the friendliness of the staff. My husband and I enjoy Cone Zone, and wanted to change up the line-up by going to Kamm's Corner Ice Cream Company. This was on a recommendation of a colleague hearing only positive things about this business. Unfortunately, this was not the case in the way we were treated upon our arrival. A blonde woman opened the door and promptly turned my husband and myself away at 6:58 p.m. on a Saturday in the 80 degree weather. She said she was hosting a "Private Party" and would not serve us. We never even made it in. There was no sign posted on the door, and I saw nothing on the website. Then the next gentleman behind us was welcomed in with open arms. We've been here a few times and I would love to give such a cute local place five stars. The ice cream is really good. However, on our last visit there was only one woman both serving ice cream and taking money. I didn't notice until too late, as she was scooping my ice cream, that she wasn't wearing gloves and the ice cream cone didn't have a paper sleeve or napkin. So, her bare hands with long dirty looking fingernails touched my sugar cone. We still paid and I just didn't eat the cone. I'm not a huge germ phobic person, but going from taking money directly to touching an ice cream cone someone is going to eat is just gross to me. read more

I live in the neighborhood and am always pleased stopping here for an ice cream. They always have so many different flavors it's always so hard to choose. Today I had Star Trek, a coffee flavored ice cream with some sort of nibs in it. It was delicious. I also like that they offer pup cups.
