Brandon promised to do a very important towing job for us. We had to stay on top of him and keep reaching out for updates. He then backed out the morning of the service and left us completely stranded. We also needed to retrieve our belongings out of our vehicle and he told us he would meet us at the yard. He then encouraged us to hop the fence and drag our suitcases over the fence because he did not feel like going to the yard to meet us. He put us in danger out of sheer laziness and complete lack of customer service. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with Brendan, he is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and screwed us over. read more
