If you are lucky enough to live in this part of the world you can really appreciate how unusual that is. When he arrived he was dressed professionally and went straight to work. He had our hot water tank replaced in 2 hrs! And here's another pleasant surprise: our invoice on the hot water tank was LOWER than what he quoted. We ended up adding a new pan so the total was within $100 of the quoted price even with this added piece. It's so hard to find good help in this region. Went…read moreback to same location a week later to replace rear brakes and to get them to look into why the rear passenger tire was losing pressure. They literally wasted my one day off and gave me the run around. To make matters worse I don't think they even bothered to properly check the tire as today I ended up going to their Mt Paul location and got charged $40 to repair a valve on a tire that wasn't even 2 months old that one of their stores failed to fix. I should have waited and gone to Integra to get my tires done at least when they fix a tire you had purchased from them they don't charge you. So big lesson learned will never be dealing with Kal tire ever again
