The woman who threaded my eyebrows was super degrading and rude to me. Just a fraction of the conversation she had with me was telling me that I should "really get my lips threaded cause I have a lot of upper lip hair". When I politely declined, she didn't want to take "no" for an answer so she also tried to give me a lecture that if I don't get it threaded, "it's going to grow back more and thicker". I didn't feel welcome at all and I thought the overall experience was bad customer service. I asked for the woman to clean up my eyebrows and she took 3/4 of my eyebrow off. On top of that they are so uneven. My sister laughed at me when I got home and said I looked like a different person. It was a really unwelcoming experience. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Hopefully they grow back. read more

First time here because my normal place was closed. They did a really bad threading/tint job :( the ladies were very nice about trying to fix it and gave us a discount, so three stars for their responsiveness. But their recommendation for tint level was way off. At the end she was like "well tiny darkness goes down after a few days" and that's true, but it'll be too dark then too. Plus I told the lady I really wanted them to be even and they were... not. I pointed it out and she said "well you have less hair here" and I just don't know what to do with that response because yes, that's true, and that's why I get my eyebrows done. I go to help correct that. So I know this place has great reviews, and the people were super nice but I just don't get it. Such a bad experience. read more

I started going to Kally Threading and thought I could come back here again. The staff was friendly, and they take walk ins, which is nice. However, my recent visit will be my last. One of the girls made my eyebrows very uneven. It's very noticeable and disappointing. It's so noticeable that my husband even made a comment. Be careful who does your eyebrows. I got a membership and have been growing mine out for years. I always request that I want to keep them thicker so that they can grow out thicker, and the lady always say OK, and then majority of them proceed to do whatever they want, OVER threading my eyebrows every other time I go. My fault for giving someone else a chance. I am beyond upset how thin my eyebrows are. read more

It was my very first time going in to get my eyebrows done... ever. So I was a little nervous but did enough research looking at reviews and the whole process of getting it done and what to expect. Clearly I made the best choice taking my chance on at Kally Threading!! I got threading, lamination, and tinting done by Iska? (Sorry for botching the name). All done in under an hour I think? Regardless, I had a lot of time and there was only one other person getting her eyebrows done. She was great in asking what I wanted and explaining the process to me step by step and she also suggested for me to get lamination for my eyebrows and I am glad she did! Yes my first time experiencing threading. But it wasn't as bad or as painful as other people have described it to be. I understand that its based on a person's level of pain tolerance and sensitivity. What was reassuring was that Iska would ask if I was ok and if it hurt. She was also thorough about being clean: wearing gloves and also using hand sanitizer. Thank you so much for an amazing first time experience and fixing up my asymmetrical eyebrows haha! I was extremely hesitant because of my first experience but they truly went above and beyond to correct the issue and I'm grateful for the amazing customer service. I've updated my review to reflect my second experience and now I can comfortably recommend them and I'll be returning in the future. Came here for a Brazilian. I've done hard wax Brazilians before and while they aren't Super dcomfortable they don't usually hurt afterwards as bad as this one did. Not to mention I got home and there were several missed spots. On top of that the price was not what they had stated on FB messenger. I figured maybe because it was my first time going again in MONTHS that it was more lol but regardless I paid it and again I got home and it just wasn't done correctly. I won't bother going back to have it fixed because frankly I'd rather stick to the sugaring which I've never had issues with. I'm extremely bummed that it was $60 and it wasn't even done correctly. I went today to try them out for the first time and the service was quick even though I was a walk in and there was other people being helped and waiting. The atmosphere looked clean and nice. Lashes starting falling out in multiples the next day! And just kept falling out. Very poorly done. Made sure with lash tech that she did individual lashes, when they started falling out they were clearly cluster lashes. So disappointed. read more

I got eyelash extensions, simply beautiful, super friendly staff. The only down side is she only works on Tuesdays. Sumi made me feel so comfortable, like it was a friend who was doing my eyelashes. Abiding by all COVID guidance, my experience was great. I went in for a Brazilian wax and although they use the soft wax instead of the hard wax I'm very please with the outcome. Very attentive making sure I was comfortable and precise ensuring nothing was left behind. It's also great that Kally is just mins away from me. All in all good work. Very disappointing, waste of money! I went in for eyelash extensions and did not get what I asked for. Instead of applying the individual lashes as I requested, she applied the multi lash variety. After one week, a couple had dropped out leaving huge gaps in my eyelashes. This does not happen when individual lashes are used. In the future, I will find a place that does what I want and can you show me the product before the process begins. read more
