The food was terrible and expensive. Service is average , like a hospital sad and depressing.

First of all, I LOVE scones, but I have never in my life had a raspberry butter scone before. When I say this thing changed my life... I mean it. The combination of the raspberry with the actual buttery richness was unreal. I'm literally drooling writing this review thinking about it again. Absolute top tier. Bomb.com. I also got the vanilla bean salted coffee, and that was really good too. It paired perfectly with the scone. But let me tell you... The real star of the show is that raspberry butter scone. Holy moly. I genuinely wish more places sold something like that because I would eat it every single day if I could. One thing I definitely recommend: get here EARLY because it seems like their scones sell out fast. I can already tell I'm going to be back trying all the other flavors. Seriously, if they expanded to more locations, I'd probably become a regular immediately. Such a great find and soooooo goood!!!!

The foam with the custom latte art cost an extra $2 but I think it was worth it, at least for my first time. To be honest, Honey Greens seemed like a gimmicky place since I thought the foam art was all that it was known for, but no, their drink quality was actually good! I got the agave matcha latte for myself, and I enjoyed how rich it tasted and how vibrant it was in color. I also added a cold foam which made it too sweet for me. Next time, I plan on ordering an unsweetened matcha latte and add cold foam as the sweetener. I also tried a sip of the lavender matcha and that was the one thing I didn't like because the lavender overpowered the matcha. It was pretty busy for a Friday afternoon with all the tables filled and a short line formed after I walked in. The workers were all so kind, and it was overall a very inviting place with fun decorations and a myriad of art options for the cold foam.

I ordered the Coconut Iced Latte with Sweet Cream Cloud Foam through the app -- paid about $8.50. It was too much on the sweet side but honestly, the sweetness was on me since I added the cloud foam, but the drink itself was about a 6/10. My order was ready when I arrived, and the girl who greeted me was genuinely sweet and welcoming. On my way out, their pastry display caught my eye and I went back to grab a Matcha Pistachio Croissant ($7.50). A different person took my order and she seemed a little bothered when I came back to order, which was a bit off-putting. The croissant itself was disappointing -- it didn't taste fresh, and this was only about 30 minutes after opening. For $7.50, I expected a lot more, especially compared to other spots serving matcha pistachio croissants that are both tastier and more affordable. The shop was nice and clean and it has plenty of seating. That said, their matcha is still easily in my top 3 -- that part never disappoints. I'll keep coming back for that, but I'll be skipping the coffee and pastries going forward.

The shop is located in a smaller plaza with a bunch of neighboring businesses packed together -- there's everything from a Thai spot and barber shop to nail salons and other little storefronts nearby. Because of that, I can definitely see parking getting a little tricky during busier hours, but luckily I found a spot pretty close to the entrance. Inside was super cute and welcoming. Staff greeted me right away, and the menu was honestly overwhelming in the best way possible because there were SO many drink options. If you're into matcha specifically, this place is dangerous because they have an insane variety of flavors and combinations. I was especially surprised seeing things like grapefruit matcha on the menu. I ended up ordering the strawberry matcha, and while there was a short wait (around 5 minutes), it was 100% worth it. At the time, there was only one person making drinks and one person taking orders, but you could tell they genuinely cared about presentation and quality. Every drink that came out looked carefully crafted instead of rushed. When mine came out, it looked absolutely beautiful. The strawberries tasted fresh, and you could actually taste real strawberry chunks while drinking it. The matcha itself was smooth and flavorful, and they topped it with this strawberry puree foam that made the whole drink even better. They even added a little cookie onto one of the straws, which was such a cute touch. Honestly, it almost looked too pretty to drink. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're a matcha lover or just want something aesthetically pleasing that also tastes really good. I'll definitely be back to try more of their matcha combinations.

There's lots of seating, plenty of outlets, and the ambience is great. They even have board games you can play and a massage chair! Just a heads up: please be patient with your orders. It looks like it's usually just him and one other worker, and it got busy pretty quickly. Definitely coming back again soon!

It was so much that we would reach free drink status pretty quickly. I would grab an Ube matcha with oat milk for me and a cold brew latte with a shot of espresso and oat milk for my partner. We both would also order the waffles. It was a great little breakfast on the go. And service was top notch--pleasant and quick. The quality of the drinks was consistently great! Plus ordering it all online made it super convenient. Lately, there appears to be a shift at Homeboy Coffee. My drinks have had issues with them (i.e., no coconut syrup, watered down, wrong milk, less espresso shot than previously). Now, the waffle is not available for purchasing through their online ordering system despite them available in the store. Overall, Homeboys is okay. It isn't what it used to be which is sad especially because i loved it...especially their Ube matcha latte and waffles. I hope this is a temporary shift and that the OG Homeboy comes back.
