Well, Joe common sense tells me if I have to fix it before I've even paid for it; it's garbage. Common sense tells me to see a dentist. So, I guess improve your product and your customer service. With that said, a quick internet search returned exactly what I was looking for with metal construction for 1/10th the price. Living Spaces used to have quality furniture but it's definitely not the same as it used to be. I would just walk away quiet but Joe needs a refresher in customer service. Joe wasn't even my sales person (I had two from different sections) so why he was involved at all confuses me and he blew the sale directly with what he said to me.

I felt claustrophobic and overwhelmed with the environment. I was asked if I needed help by an employee, which was nice but I did not see any furniture that was to my taste. I like more modern furniture and did not see anything modern there. I wish I would've read more of the reviews before I entered the store due to many reviews stating that sofas and mattresses had bedbugs. Had I known this furniture store had issues with bedbugs. I would have never entered. All being said it sure was an interesting experience.
