Pork shoyu ramen
Beini P.

The good: Pretty springy noodles, tender pork, generous portion The bad: Flavorless broth for the tonkotsu (shoyu was better but not any depth), missing key ingredients (no mushrooms in tonkotsu and both entrees were supposed to come with a soft boiled egg--they came with hardboiled which was dry and not good). High price as well (almost $30 for a bowl including tax+tip). Server was nice but food is lacking.

It took a while for the QR code ordering link to load, but the online menu provides more options than ramen and sushi. You can basically order from the other food hall businesses, like gelato. I did order something that wasn't actually available. The staff solved the problem without needing to give me a refund. The sushi was good and fresh and the staff didn't rush me off while I charged my phone and slowly drank a hot tea.

Surprisingly good ramen for airport food. Nice ambiance, staff are friendly. Expensive, but it's the airport so it is what it is. Food came out after 15 mins.

The spot has only bar seating and you order online the. Your food is brought out in about 15 minutes. It's not the best ramen you'll ever have but it's not bad at all. I got 3 really good pieces of pork belly, the veggies, noodles, and eggs were just right, and honestly the thing that could be better is mostly the the broth and maybe cleaning up more often after guests leave because it can he hard to find a clean spot to sit. Otherwise, it's decent ramen and though a bit pricey ($22), it's worth it if you don't want regular airport fare.

The noodles themselves were unbearably salty--this was not simply an issue with the broth. When I told the server, the only solution offered was to add water, which was not helpful at all. Adding water cannot fix noodles that have already absorbed too much salt. It was so salty that I could barely eat i

This place doesn't deserve all the hate it gets. Ramen fully lived up to my expectation in an airport terminal. It's fine. Gets you through the interstitial phase that is modern air travel.

Was wonderfully surprised by the quality of the food and service. The server was funny and really great with my 2 kids. He brought over the Elmo stuffy to entertain them while refreshing our drinks. The ramen was pretty good and filled with lots of extra noodles for the kids to share. Rolls were tasty as well. Great convenient location!

Pork tonkatsu ramen

I ordered the pork ramen before a flight. Fortunately, I had plenty of time because it took 20 minutes to prepare. They were not busy. I think it sat for a while in the kitchen because the noodles were soggy by the time I had a chance to eat. I will say the staff is friendly and understands the importance of prompt service at the airport.

A regular airport food and service... in a traveler ambience........ . So don't expect an attentive personalized service..

Pork Tonkotsu Ramen

Food is alright for airport food. After coming from Portugal where Asian food isn't great, this tasted fine lol. Yeah, the to katsu broth could be deeper, the egg could be soft boiled, etc. but it satisfied our cravings at least. I actually liked that it wasn't too salty. The main issue was the wait - it took about 30 minutes to get our ramen and an extra 10 minutes after to get our sushi. I wish there was a note that said it would take awhile as we almost missed our boarding for our flight. In addition, it was about $20 for a bowl which is way too expensive, but alas it's the airport.

This place is definitely underrated simply because it's airport eats. I was checking Yelp and was weary of coming here because it was rated under 3 stars, but pretty much everything in this terminal is. We needed to eat something and ramen sounded good so we sat down and ordered a bowl on the iPad at the counter. We weren't starving and the ramen was expensive so we split one which ended up being perfect. The depth of flavor was way better than expected for an airport counter and the chicken was great. We also ordered an unsweet iced tea which was better and stronger than I get at most restaurants. It did take a while for the ramen to come out which needs to be improved when people are catching flights, but we were early so it was okay.

Maggie L.

Well... The ramen cost around $20 You can order through the app but the notification is bad. So they won't tell you roughly how long the waiting is. It's Christmas holiday so the staff is running shortage. They are quite occupied. So so there was 15-20 mins until the ramen is served. I have to say the staff is nice very friendly. But the ramen looks like microwave food although it was served hot. The taste was ok, noddles ran too soft. But its definitely not worthy $20.

AVOID! I had the shoyu ramen. It was the worst ramen I've ever had, and several hours later it gave me diarrhea.

We also ordered the spicy chicken noodle soup, kimbap, and fried mandu. Everything was super tasty, and while this place is self-serve, the host was really gracious in providing us help and was so nice to both of our kids. Another plus is the underground parking lot, which provides ample spots and minimizes circling around like vultures (not typical for restaurants in the Fort Lee area) in this busy strip mall. To say that we will be back again is an understatement. We couldn't believe how on point all of the food, the "service", and the clean ambiance was. This place definitely deserves to be at the top of your to-eat list in Fort Lee.

I like that the restaurant has a kiosk to self-order, which reduces the pressure to tip a lot, making the prices here more efficient. Overall, this place is pretty decent but nothing special.

Didn't get a chance to try it out until yesterday and man, we were missing out. The yunnan rice noodle soups are so good, and different, from the more commonly found Asian noodles; ramen, udon, pho, etc. Not going to say that it's better than the others but it's absolutely fantastic that there's another option now when you just want a warm, comforting noodle soup. Especially since winter is coming. The setup is more akin to a food court than a restaurant so the small seating area is shared with Kam Man and all the tableware/utensils are plastic and disposable. There's a door to the outside basically right there though so unless you're seated to either side of it you get blasted w/cold air every time someone enters or exits. For my first visit I went with their "pickled pepper soup rice noodle w/beef stew" (A8) and it was very good. The soup was flavorful and the noodles were perfect; fresh & not mushy at all. And digging through the bowl was like going on a treasure hunt for lil' yummy morsels: a quail egg here, some wood ear there, a random piece of thinly sliced ham, good stuff. However, for those of you w/nut allergies, they do add roasted peanuts to some of their dishes so you'll probably want to tell them to not add them to your food. The only minor neg with the dish was that the beef brisket was a tad tougher than I'd like. But if brisket isn't your thing, they also have the same dish but with "beef roll" (A7) which I found to be an odd translation for basically thinly sliced beef. I was so enamored w/this noodle soup that I brought my wife the very next day. I went with the same soup base but w/fish fillet (A9) this time and it was just as good as the first time. I will definitely have to come more often to try out their other offerings. I also noticed that they have rice based dishes as well in case you get tired of noodles. So anyway, I'll definitely be visiting a lot more and I really hope they stick around longer than the previous eateries at this location. And while it would be nice (if not really feasible) to get your food in 10 seconds as their name implies, so far their food has definitely been worth the wait.
