My favorite restaurant ever. While there's a small menu, it never disappoints. I highly recommend the chicken kabobs and a turkish coffee to follow. Everything is delicious every time, and the staff is always so friendly. I come here so often they recognize us as regulars and are always accomodating. The atmosphere is so cute inside as well read more

Another 5-STAR night out for dinner!! The Atmosphere, Service and Hospitality here are above and beyond FIVE STARS. Fantastic meal starts with the customary Soup, the we of course had the Lamb with sides. Do yourself a favor, come here hungry, see the menu, indulge and you'll leave with memories of what a Meal Night Out should be!! read more

The menu is rather small but not Limited. The food is piping hot and served with a smile. They bring you a free appetizer it was a cup of soup with flavors that agreed with my fussy palate. It was a lovely way to start the meal. The Grape leaves were rolled perfectly and they were hands down one of the best I have had in Youngstown. Served with a noce dipping sauce which in my opinion was not needed and the perfect amount of fresh lemon. I also tried the Hummus and I was absolutely thrilled with the portion size and the flavor. We arrived at noon. And within minutes the lunch crowd was in and everyone enjoyed the meals ordered. Portions are plentiful. Waiter was exceptional. We went thursday (yesterday). Will I return...Absolutely. The desserts looked incredible. Prices are reasonable. I look forward to returning and trying new things. read more

Very clean, well ran, organized and super friendly establishment. Upon sitting down, a nice amuse bouche of lentil lemon soup which was hot and tasty was immediately brought to the table. We were never given menus but explained they only really had four platters (chicken, beef, Kafta, or mixed) all served with hummus, salad and rice. I had inquired about a wrap for our 12 year old and was told, they did have wraps but my daughter was fine with a mix platter (which I knew was going to be too much food for her). We also ordered the feta cigars which were phenomenal. Simply, feta in phyllo and fried. Delicious. 3 mixed platters come and yeah, large portion. My daughter and I could have shared ($21 each). Everything on the platters was excellent! We did see a burger go by so I was just a tinge off put by not knowing if there was something else I would have gotten as my husband and I usually get two different items and share everywhere we go. Drinks in a cooler and you serve yourself. We got one large Aqua Pana and a pineapple Jarlesco. We packed up one platter and then moved onto macarons, rice pudding and 2 Turkish coffees. Excellent as well! Fresh and very very good. We are from Pittsburgh and stopped on our way home from a golf event for our daughter. We would definitely stop back. It was nice to get whom we think was the owner stop by to see how we were enjoying things. Nice to see these days. Total with 20% (post tax) tip, $121. read more

The food here is genuinely delicious. The flavors are authentic, the meats are well-seasoned, and everything I've tried has been cooked very well. It's clear the kitchen knows how to prepare great Middle Eastern food. The only reason I'm giving a lower rating is the value. The mixed grill platters have noticeably shrunk over time while the prices have continued to increase. What used to be a generous meal now feels undersized, especially considering the cost. The quality is still there, but the portions no longer justify the price. I don't mind paying more for great food, but I do expect a portion that matches the price. Right now, it feels like you're paying premium prices for a meal that leaves you wanting more. I hope the restaurant returns to the generous portions it once served because the food itself is excellent and deserves better value. Service is generally very good. Ambiance is ok. Standard cafe style and crowded seating. read more

The owner (and all servers) are amazingly friendly. The kabobs were juicy, tender, delicious. Hummus is house made. I'm saying this part tongue in cheek: if you've never been here before, be careful of the owners questions...do you like chicken, steak, lamb, do you like this or that bc he will bring you EVERYTHING you said you like and it will be delicious, but a costly recommendation! If you don't mind a +$40 tab, then accept it all, otherwise order the chicken, OR steak, OR lamb kabob meal. Or a wrap, they do have delicious ones, as well. read more

Food was excellent and staff was very polite. The meal was very good! Service was excellent .

Staff is superb. I called ahead to ask if we needed reservations for 6 at 5:45 pm, and they let me know to come on in. The lentil soup was delicious and my two kids loved it. I am a big fan of the eggplant dish, the salad, the rice, and the steak. My husband and kids really liked the lamb chops and the pita. I liked the feta cigars also. Kids shared a rice pudding as we were so full at that point, there was barely enough room. We still had two boxes of kebabs as leftovers, so quite the feast! Come support this local gem! read more

Upon sitting down, we were immediately brought out lentil soup. It was puréed and delicious. My friend and I ordered the mixed grill. Their kafta patties were the best I have ever had in my life. She brought us out a side of garlic sauce and hot sauce with the mixed grill. Pita was fresh, everything was delicious and all on one plate so it could all be easily enjoyed together. To top it off we had Turkish coffee to finish our meal! The presentation of the coffee got me first. Then you take the lid off and sip the rich, hot coffee. I could have had 3 more. I'll just get more when I come back! read more

Amazing food and service! The lamb chops are out of this world and pair well with the garlic sauce. The eggplant and the various grilled meats (chicken, kofta, beef) were also very delicious and well seasoned. The chef also came out to make sure we were content with the food and even got him to tell me how he seasons the lamb! read more

Fantastic food! We had the mixed grill kabob meal (chicken, steak and kufta) that started with a complementary lentil soup..came with salad, rice, hummus and flat bread. We finished with baklava and Turkish coffee (served in jeweled cups!). Absolutely everything was delicious. Service was great-be sure to keep an eye out for the robotic server!! Things to mention, they don't have paper menus (check out the chalk board by the register for choices) and no glasses just reach in the drink cooler and choose a bottle. Only complaint I can think of was the music was too loud. Totally check it out read more

We found this place on Yelp. We drove around literally in the parking lot trying to find the restaurant. The electronic sign near the road changes advertising different businesses. They need to get their own large sign on the building. The restaurant is so hard to find if you have never been before. The inside is so beautiful and welcoming! The people are so nice and friendly. Now let's talk about the menu, or the lack there of. Please get a paper menu for us. Anything, and I mean anything you can hand us when we sit down. They seat you at your table, and then you have to get up and walk over to this board prompted up against the counter. Please change this as we absolutely hated it. On my second time in to pick up take out, I watched as people like us were led to the front to see the sign. They seemed as puzzled and confused as we were the first time. Please just laminate a piece of paper, and hand it out at the table. You will save all new guests a lot of stress. Now on to the food. The food is AMAZING! It is so fresh that we have eaten here once a week for the past couple weeks. We have ordered pretty much the same thing. Chicken and steak kabab with salad and hummus. I have an appointment once a month in Boardman. At the end of the day, I usually grab something for dinner after my appointment. This is my new go to place. I have about an hour drive home from Boardman. When I picked up my to go order, I explained this to them. They packaged all the cold items separate from the hot, so the salads were not wilted from the heat. They have great attention to detail and they genuinely care, and it shows. We will be returning again and again. LOVE THIS PLACE! read more

All Around Excellent. The service is very good as was the food. Starting with lentil soup and ending with hot tea.

If I could give Kabob House 10 stars I would. The best service, the best food, the best atmosphere. Everything about this place is perfect. You'll notice you don't get handed a menu, but you don't need one! The staff is extremely helpful. I definitely recommend the mixed grill platter if it's your first time to help you figure out what you want. Their falafel is also delicious! The lentil soup is sooooo good. Mehmet and the staff are tremendous! From the moment you enter you are welcomed with smiles, exuberant spirits and Mediterranean ambiance! You are first presented with complimentary red lentil soup and pita bread with a dip! It was so yummy and actually seemed to prime my pallet for what lied ahead! I ordered the Mixed Grill, which consists of 3 different meats: organic chicken kabob, steak kabob, kufta kabob (ground beef and ground lamb), rice and a salad. Everything was flavored and prepared with perfection! I highly recommend the Mixed Grill so you can sample 3 different meats. I had rice pudding and Turkish coffee for dessert and it was quite literally, hands down, the BEST Turkish coffee I have ever had! I couldn't resist in taking some baklava to go and let me just say, it too, was absolutely amazing! The only thing I can say negative about this entire experience is that we do not have Kabob House where I live! I can't wait to come back again! Thank you Mehmet for a wonderful experience! read more

First time at this location. It is to the LEFT of Los Gallos on corner of West Blvd and 224. NO STREET SIGNAGE! You gotta look for it! But so nice, inside and out. Beautiful, new, friendly, delicious, sparkling. The decor is different from every other place in this area, tiled walls, stainless kitchen area open for view. Menu is wraps and kebab platters. Desserts. EVERYTHING is GREAT! Check out the pics. Seriously, I was so happy I finally found the place. And pretty torqued I took so long to come here. Seriously, the kufta kebab, the lamb, the chicken. All awesome! Just remember, just past Los Gallos, very next parking lot. Oh, make sure you get the garlic spread for everything you get. Not overpowering. Just right. read more

First time here but definitely not the last! They started us with a lentil soup which I've never had but was so tasty, then My wife and I both got the mixed grill. A nice variety of food. Hummus (was delicious!) Pitas (light and tasty), salad (flavorful without being drown in dressing) Jasmine rice (cooked just right), lamb and chicken skewers seasoned and grilled (were just mouth watering) kufta (like tiny hamburger patties, very good!) Followed by Turkish coffee (rich and flavorful but not bitter)and baklava(sweet and tasty) for dessert. The owner was very personable and the place is light and relaxed. read more
