Samosas - 5 stars - Two samosas were a large size, had a crispy outside, and nicely spiced potatoes and peas on the inside. Garlic Naan - 5 stars - The naan was a large size, was chewy and crispy, and was seasoned with the right amount of garlic. Some of my favorite foods from my past orders were vegetable jalfrezi, chicken pakora, and palak paneer.

On my first visit, however, my food was 30 minutes late, and about six other people with takeout orders and I were logjammed at the bar waiting while Bollywood music and videos played somewhat loudly on the TV. Aside from the bar that greets you when you first enter, they have a decent number of tables for people to sit at. The TV was also still there on my second visit, but the volume seemed much lower. On both of my visits here, I ended up ordering the chicken 65 biryani, while my wife ordered the chicken tikka masala. The chicken tikka masala is a bit hard to find on the online menu, as it is listed under non-veg entrees, and when you choose chicken, you then get to select your sauce. In any case, the menu described my dish as a spiced biryani topped with crispy fried chicken pieces for a rich and savory flavor. The chicken 65 itself tasted good both times, with quite a bit of heat from the spices. Weirdly, the sauce also had an almost creamy texture, which I believe had something to do with how it interacted with the rice. The biryani was good as well, with a nice spiced flavor. What I will say, though, is that both times I ate this dish, I had a migraine the next day. We all know that migraines can be triggered by different things, and this clearly isn't necessarily the restaurant's fault. Still, I thought it was worth mentioning in case it possibly saves someone else from the same fate. My wife enjoyed her chicken tikka masala both times and thought it felt like a more elegant version of the dish than she normally has. The bottom line for me is that I will not be stopping by here again in the future. While I thought the food was good, I can't risk another migraine. Also, while the second visit was what I would expect from a takeout order, our food was delayed far too long on the first visit.
