The food here was bomb! Large portion sizes and very tasty food. Will definitely come back to this place.

Delicious chicken pita wrap and fresh red crunchy cabbage salad! Ask for a side of garlic & chili sauce to pour on top. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try more yummy food!

Good family-run casual spot. Has your classic Halal menu. Flavorful dishes, tender meats, and generous portion sizes. Ask for their garlic sauce! It was a bit dirty inside but otherwise a great spot for a quick bite.

Good take out option for when you don't have the energy to cook but the family still needs to eat. Everyone enjoys it at our house. If you enjoy garlic, be sure to ask for the garlic sauce. Combo shawarma and falafels is always on our order. Friendly service. If you plan on ordering the whole chicken, call ahead!

Went during lunch and wasn't too busy - waited about 15 minutes. Lots of seating! Food was great and reasonably priced under $10! It tasted fresh & they provided me with extra Toom & Hot sauce. Would recommend if you're in the area, want to try their plates next time.

...this place has been a favorite "hole in the wall" since we used to work out at the Westminster gym across the street. The triplet brother-owners are very humble and friendly. The Chicken Shawarma is a favorite of my husband's and I usually get a 4 vegetable plate, but today... I tried the grilled shrimp kababs (minus the stick)... which was delicious and seasoned perfectly!! I have a new favorite!

Located across the street from the Edward's theatre in a run down strip mall. Food is tasty, $14 for one kabob and $19 for two. Baba ganush Rice is tasty And their Greek salad. Don't forget their garlic sauce! People are nice and friendly. Simple, seat yourself and clean up after yourself.

Many people order to go on a Friday evening. They use to-go containers for everything as this is more of a mom and pop food place. There is plenty of seating inside though. Plates appear to be well-known. Ordered combo 2 lamb skewer plate (came with rice, 2 sides and 2 big halves of pita) for my father and he liked the rice. I do agree that the rice is well-seasoned and reminds me of a savory sticky rice. The lamb piece was chewy and good too. For sides. I chose the cucumber salad and Tabbouleh (made of parsley, tomato and onions). The cucumber salad had cabbage and tomato bits too along with a black pepper seasoning. Pita was light, airy, and paired well with my hummus I had at home. The spinach pie was alright. Wish it had more filling and had a crispier breading. Same goes for the chicken pie. The chicken pie has soft, shredded chicken bits with onions, which were good though. but would've liked a more moist filling. They did look like they were sitting out for awhile but they did reheat it up for me. Overall, I would probably try one of their other plates and not necessarily their pies again unless I knew it was just freshly baked.

I was craving Mediterranean food and found a nearby mom-and-pop shop with great reviews on Yelp. I ordered the beef shawarma sandwich, and my husband had the gyro sandwich. He also got the meat pie. The place is run by the owner, and it looks like a family member might be in the back preparing the food. The restaurant is decorated with Mediterranean-themed décor and offers plenty of seating. However, parking can be a challenge, likely due to customers also heading to the bar down the corner of this plaza.

Kebab Grill Restaurant was right across my hotel in Westminster, CA. Just had to walk across cross the street. Menu looks rather large but really it's a few main protein separated into a few choices. I attempted to get at least 10 percent of their entire menu in my belly lol. Decided to get the 3 piece lamb combo. Asked it if I go swap 1 lamb skewer for 1 beef skewer, request was granted with no up charge. Perfect. Go my sides, hummus, pita, and their Turkish Salad. Lamb kabob so tasty and tender. The beef has flavor but wasn't as tender as the lamb. The sides, spot on in the flavor department. On the way out, I decide to ask for 1 meat pie just because it was calling my name lol. Interestingly delicious. I would compare it to empanadas but it wouldn't do itself justice. This meat pie was in a league of its own. Just try it. All in all, the food was worth going back for. The next day I actually returned to try other items on their menu. I do apologize, no pics because my phone was back at the hotel charging. I ended up purchasing the lentils soup and the lamb sandwich. Perfect match. In closing, I highly recommend this establishment. The reviews speak for themselves. Until next time, eat till your heart is content.

I did see that the other pictures had drummies but I had all flats but I was a happy camper since I'm totally a flats girls. The wings were all naked wings with crispy skin and really tender and juicy inside. I really appreciated the sides of pickled daikon and Serrano peppers to go along with the wings. The little potatoes that came with the wings were a nice surprise and were decent. I also got a side of macaroni which was just okay. I wasn't sure if the ham were onions at first cause I tasted no hint of saltiness. My favorite sauce was the mango habanero which I dipped with the ranch. It was so good and even better than other local wing spots with the same flavors. I highly recommend coming for the wings!

I found the chicken to be good relative to all fried chicken, but average/ok in relation to KFC around the SoCal area. Furai Chicken-Irvine appeared on the 15 essential Korean restaurants in Eater for Orange County, so made a note of it if I was ever nearby any of their locations. So after picking up some great kimchi from the close-by Seoul Do Soon Yi, we stopped by for carry-out around lunchtime. It's a fast food set-up, ordering/paying first and then taking it back to your table or carrying it out. The two page menu consisted of chicken, sandwiches, and sides. They do offer alcohol, both draft and bottled. It was empty when I got in, but the ringing of the doorbell let the front-of-house to come to the front. The cashier was helpful, answering my questions. The meal was for three, so got a Half&Half ($31.98) with Original Furai Chicken (comes with one sauce) and Soy Garlic. Added an order of beer-battered fries ($5.98)...which turned out to be a decent amount of really thick sidewinder fries. It took about 20 minutes for the made-to-order to be prepared, and it was packaged so the steam could be released. KFC has 10 pieces for a whole bone-in chicken, which I prefer since the large breast piece gets broken into two. The original is meant to be dipped in the accompanying sweet/spicy, which I really liked: not hot at all but still maintained that sweet/spicy flavor of a good Jang. The soy-garlic was lightly sauced, maybe trying to maintain that crunchiness. But it certainly didn't have the crazy crunch that really good KFC has, even when not eaten right away. It also came with small ramekins of peppers and pickled radish (which strangely were a bit mushy). With the fries, it was enough for the three of us for lunch, but for me, nothing really stood out to make me want to choose it vs the many other choices for Asian-inspired fried chicken in my area.

The order process was pretty simple -- I responded to their Instagram story and they reached out with follow-up questions, menu options, and pickup details. The pickup was from a home residence in the city of Garden Grove (off of Brookhurst Street and Hazard Avenue), nearby Pho 79 if you're familiar with the area. The exact address is provided with your order! The owner, Aamir, was very friendly and professional when I picked up my food and the burgers were packaged very neatly in separate boxes. I ordered two smash burgers that included three patties each, which cost $15 per burger. They included caramelized onions and jalapenos, which were a delightful surprise. The patties were a little salty, but upon reading the other reviews, I see that the owner pre-marinates the patty meat. The prices were also steep for just the burger, and I thought my order would come with fries on the side, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the food. All in all, I would return for future orders and would love to see them open a brick-and-mortar restaurant someday, ideally in Garden Grove still. 10/10 rating and five stars all around for a seamless ordering experience, delicious food, and timeless customer service.

The owner is super responsive, and you can tell he wants to provide the best service possible. During this special pop-up event, they were serving two's a tango that features their warm brioche bun along with two halal patties smashed with cheese and carmelized onions on top. The burger itself was massive, with one being more than enough to feed a hungry person. After talking to the owner, he mentioned he pre-marinates his meat, so that could be the reason why the taste was a little salty for us. The sauce is awesome and complimentary, so when ordering, if you don't plan on eating the burger right away, to prevent sogginess, ask for extra on the side. I know some people prefer the meatiness, but I am a sauce type of girl. Overall, the flavors of the burger meshed well! Thank you for adding another place for halal goodness. I'm hoping you guys do well and keep quality up.

The standout for me was the flaming wagyu ($18), torched tableside. For how thick the cut was, it was incredibly tender and soft. Definitely go medium rare. The ponzu dipping sauce really enhances the richness of the beef. We also tried the shaken beef ($21), which came with plenty of caramelized onions and bell peppers that added a subtle sweetness. The beef was slightly charred, bite-sized, and super satisfying--especially with rice. The combo pho ($25) came loaded with a variety of meats, all tender and melt-in-your-mouth.
