The server was nice but very busy as I believe she was waiting on all the tables herself. The food took about 20 or so minutes and I was immediately disappointed. I got a beef noodle soup, one of my favorite Chinese dishes, and every single piece of meat was full of cartilage and fat. It was inedible. They do it right in front of you even. They're thick and they have bite to them. That's how noodles should be done. And they've consistently made them the same way. Aside from the less than good noodles though...there should be no excuse to forget the pork in those noodles. That's practically what most people come to have! I'll chalk this visit up to just making a mistake. So I'll go again eventually. But I really hope I'm not wasting my money on another attempt, because I know just how good their noodles can be when the people making it are paying attention. I hope that I am wrong and others like their noodles. But this visit certainly could've been better in my opinion. Which is meaningless of course...or should be at least.
