What we really appreciate is that they don't try to nickel-and-dime you for every little thing--updates and playtime are all included, which makes a huge difference! It's clear to us that Milo genuinely loves the staff and being there. He isn't anxious going into the building or when we pick him up! We've even recommended Sentinel to friends, and now they board their dog here too. We truly cannot rave enough about Sentinel K9!

However, when I picked her up on Monday, she had puncture wounds that they claimed were caused by the prong collar, which is completely unacceptable. We took her to the emergency vet, where we were told this was the second dog this week from their program with the same type of injury. Please don't make the same mistake I did by trusting them with your dog. It's scary to think they still have dogs in their care. They are not nearly as professional as they claim to be. The owner's response is unacceptable. Had I known my dog was in pain for five days while the prong collar was still being used incorrectly, I would've picked her up immediately. Calling an open wound like this "minor" is beyond wrong, she lost fur and skin. If they weren't properly trained to use the collar, that should've been made clear. This isn't about money, it's about preventing other dogs from suffering.

We just moved to the area, we had used bonds ranch in the past when we lived here 4 years ago and they referred us to this clinic. We used an animal hospital religiously in Parker county and I should've just gone back to them. Our cat ended up with a laceration and was treated by this clinic on Tuesday, upon taking the dressing off last night noted none of the sutures had held up. Upon taking our cat in today to be rechecked, the vetinarian was condescending and simply came up with excuses trying to put the blame on us. It left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I've been a vet tech for many years and never seen a clinic run in this way. We brought in a kitten…read morewho seemed to have been struck by a vehicle and all they cared about was us footing the bill. For hours, they left the kitten without pain medicine because I didn't sign custody paperwork. I had told them from the beginning I'd pay for the pain meds no matter what and to administer them right away. I am so disheartened by the lack of compassion for the kitten. It's a sad world we live in where you're worried more about the bill than the comfort of an injured animal. Edit to add that while this kitten is fighting for its life, the clinic called to say they saw my review and would no longer like to continue the patient relationship and to come pick up the cat and take it elsewhere. But also to sign a form saying it's against medical advice and not in the kittens best interest. Goes to further show they aren't in the business of CARING for the animals and that rather than improve on client relationships, they'll just fire you as a client.
