We try a spa day for our pup 1x a month; however, because this is a popular location, it's not easy to book an appointment unless it's done days in advance. So, get booking if you want a spot for your fur baby. The rating of 4 is due to them really needing to take time after a busy streak to sweep or else one's pet walks straight through a heap of trimmed off fur defeating the purpose of a full clean from head to paw.

For ten minutes? 12:40 vs. 12:30. In addition, the person who told us this was totally distracted by her earbuds and we couldn't even speak to our groomer about this. Our dog is the most mellow thing and it's a long but easy groom for the groomer. We will be going elsewhere from now on for grooming AND pet supplies.

However, when I picked him up, he was shaved all the way down, including his tail--he looked like an Irish Wolfhound. My kids were almost in tears when they saw him. When I questioned Melissa, she claimed he was matted and had to be shaved but showed no empathy. "It had to get done." Both our dogs get groomed every six weeks, and we brush them weekly. I don't have any social media so I didn't have any idea of any issues they were having regarding online orders. No one should have to use social media for updates regarding their orders when they ordered from the website. I stand by my review. This business is run terribly. I will continue to pursue action against this business for their horrible business practices. I also am now terribly concerned after reading the review about the dog that got so horribly sick after eating this companies products. Scary. Stella is new to boarding and still learning how to socialize, so this was a huge adjustment for her. Despite her tiny Bichon Shih Tzu stature, she definitely put up quite a fight! The staff was incredibly patient and did their best to make her feel comfortable. One staff member even went to the store to get some of Stella's favorite fruit, which meant a lot to me. If your dog is already comfortable with boarding and other dogs, I think this is a great facility. I loved that there were cameras, and all the other dogs seemed to be enjoying themselves. Stella just wasn't ready for that experience, so I don't think multi night boarding is the right fit for her. Though, I would consider doing daycare for her at this facility! My only feedback is that she came home smelling strongly of urine and the kennel, and her coat was heavily matted after four nights. I was told baths need to be scheduled in advance, so that's something to keep in mind if your dog has a long stay. Overall, I'm grateful for the patience and kindness the staff showed Stella.
