He was not in the home as agreed upon and when called out on it made up excuses. I came home to a scratched beyond repair master bedroom double door that must be replaced. My dogs were clearly locked in the master and tried to get out despite his excuses. I came home to urine stained carpet from my 10 year old house trained dogs, a sink full of dirty dishes, half empty cabinets, and an empty box from a $275 bottle of Cristal setting in my butlers pantry that was removed from my private wine collection. His excuse was that I told him to make himself at home. That's a stretch. Help yourself to anything in my kitchen, but don't dare enter my private wine collection and take a 2009 Cristal that I was saving for a specific special occasion! This guy is a scam and a joke. This $375 service will be well over $2,500 once I have all of the repairs made to my home! Stay away!!!!! Reach out to me if you would like pictures! The short story is please make yourself at home in my home and take what you want from the kitchen as normal individuals would expect. When you clearly cross the line of what is acceptable, and do not take care of the animals as depicted in the contract and cause damage to a home you have not held up your end of the contract.

She is super detailed but chill and flexible, and very attentive - my doggo's first day there, she kept sending me pics (some v good ones too!) and updates on who my dog's new bestest friends were, how he was settling in, etc. I totally did not expect her to have that much time to do so with all the dogs she has, but very appreciative of it. She sets expectations up front, which is a good thing too, and is very communicative (although she can't always be by her phone to respond quite asap, which I appreciate bc she's giving the dogs attention). I found Sam on Yelp, checked out her website, and shortly afterward we had a meet n greet. Diamond absolutely ADORES Sam! You can tell Sam has a genuine passion for taking care of animals. She can "get on their level" and keep them engaged. Diamond's first daycare day went very well! I received many photos and updates on her progress (which I appreciated so much), and Diamond made a new friend there. By the end of the day, she was tuckered out!!! Sam is a dream to do business with, it almost felt like we were old friends: she's warm, creative, kind, professional, and truly enjoys what she does. I'm looking forward to bringing Diamond back for boarding and more daycare. Diamond is anxious to see her friends again too!

However for my migraine alert dog passing she gave us a huge hug! Then for our last fur dogs passing who we had to put down on February 4th, she held our dog genuinely and lovingly, she provided soft treat snack for her if she wanted it. She refused it at first but she gladly took it. Current doctors who we tried to routinely see if available Dr Straight. She has a beautiful soul and a love for animals! She is patient and kind. She saw our furbaby and worked hands on with our baby till the end. There was another Doctor who we absolutely love. She was gentle and genuine. She was supportive! We added her to our dog list of doctors because she had a ton of knowledge on senior dogs. While she did not put her down, she still came to say her goodbye. Katelyn a groomer there worked along side of our dog. We did let the front staff know if they wanted to tell Katelyn before we put her down that she was welcome to come back. She did come back to say her goodbye to Cocoa when she did not have too. She is a fantastic groomer!!! She takes solid notes. Sofia was a beautiful soul too and we appreciated her. She very sensitive towards the situation. We did ask for clippings of our dogs fur and we never got that from them. So if this is something you want from your dog please do it on your own terms or have a trusted neighbor assist you if you can't. I was planning on turning it into a necklace but never got it. When we picked up our dogs ashes. Staff were sad. One staff she was very kind but she firmly told my husband he was a good Dad. She did not say anything to me on that matter which hurt because while I was not there mostly for the vet appointments. She did not know the work that I did at home or if I attended by phone. So that rubbed me the wrong place. When Katelyn was gone on maternity leave. They had a brand new groomer. She was crappy. She injured our dogs ear. Our dog had to receive vet care. They should have credited full amount back to us but they only gave us partial. That is not substantial when a newbie injures your dogs ear.
