Greta seems to have fun with her friends in the Toy Box area. All the staff are just super nice and attentive to the pups. She comes home happy and tired from having played all day.Also Greta's groomer, Lauren does an excellent makeover and that is not an easy task grooming a Yorkie. I've been grooming my dog since he was 2 months old. Never had an issue. He came home completely miserable after going to 4pawz. We just moved here and tried them as our new grooming place. I contacted them to tell them that they injured my dog. He won't even sit down and I've had to give him meds for pain and anxiety after this incident. Probably go to the vet tomorrow. After I sent pictures they told me that he is just sensitive. Wow. Really!? Did not offer to do anything like, I don't know, reimbursement for my vet bill? NEVER AGAIN. It was our first time here at 4 Pawz only with my Baby Tobee a Shih-Tzu who normally gets very stressed out when getting groomed that affects him for the rest of the day, he didn't have a good experience at all at the last place (petsmart). Christina was so Amazing !! She was super nice and made him look so handsome, it was a lot of work he was pretty shaggy and in need of a cut and bath. I like his face super short and Christina did such an awesome job with that too ! The front desk girl was nice and I loved all the Holiday decorations along with the adorable talented paintings on the wall! I will definitely be back here again! read more

Had an appointment with Jaime started making remarks from the moment she saw my dog. She Was talking about "that's canelo??! Where's the party at" and that he either had to be shaved like a mole rat or nothing. The dog was not matted. very little mat at the head at most. We have been going to this location for 3 years. They have just recently come under new ownership and have really stepped it up. They have made so many improvments to where the dogs are housed for boarding and daycare. They also have an amazing outdoor dog run area with different doggy agility things. We have a very high energy pit/shepard mix who needs a LOT of exercise. Our dog used to go when it was really only an indoor facility and be worn out for the day. With the new improvements our dog comes home exhausted for the rest of the week. Our favorite thing about this location (other than our dog sleeping for days after she goes) is how friendly and caring the staff is. They clearly know each and every dog and owner that comes in their door. read more

I'd avoid this place if possible. We used to take our dog here until he was banned. Apparently, our dog (1.5 years old at the time) got into a disagreement with an older dog (why they kept an older dog with the playful dogs is beyond me). When one of the employees went to check on the dogs, our dog (who has never bit anyone in his entire life) bit this employee (allegedly). The story goes on.... About a year later, our dog had to go to the emergency vet one evening due to his chronic pancreatitis. Coincidentally, one of the employees at the hospital recognized our dog, as she used to work at 4 Pawz Only. She LOVES our dog and sure enough remembered the incident. To no surprise...she confirmed that we were lied to as to how the situation unfolded. She also confirmed that our dog was wrongfully "expelled". One of the many examples of unethical practices taking place at this "daycare/groomer", which drove her away from that job. All in all, every other daycare that we have taken our dog to is in love with him and knows he wouldn't hurt anyone (let alone a hand that feeds and takes care of him). Strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Great place to leave your fur baby. It's clean, professional and safe. They love our fur babies as much as we do. Everybody is super friendly. This is the only place I would ever take my dog for boarding . Worth every penny. read more

My dog Luna, is my golden doodle 1 year old, loved going here to play while I was at work. Seemed like an excellent place at first.. today while she was at daycare I had asked them to bathe her, and cut her nails, and possibly TRIM her face if needed. The groomer had called me to ask what I wanted Luna to get done today and I had told her "bathe, clip nails, trim face". Groomer responded with "well we already have shaved half of her". I picked her up and she was shaved down to the skin with a huge bleeding cut on her right ear. I am beyond angry and astonished on how Luna was treated today. I recommend taking your dogs to a professional EXPERIENCED groomer who cares about the animals. read more

I have a very high energy golden retriever and he loves, loves going to 4 Pawz Only. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are friendly and efficient and love my dog and he them. Harry and Lloyd (1 1/2 year old Maltichon brothers) LOVE 4 Pawz Only! They pull me to go inside (not the same as going to the vet!) We are always greeted by friendly, efficient animal-loving staff members. It is so great to have such a high-quality and SAFE pet facility in our area. Having used pet-boarding, day care and grooming services, my mind is at ease knowing my pups are in RESPONSIBLE, LOVING hands. Donna is a super "dog-whisperer" of a manager. She is a great asset to 4 Pawz. The facility is always CHEERFUL and CLEAN for any pet to feel at home. I really like the schedule they keep them on with play-time and outdoor activities. We boarded our two dogs (one rescue, one from the pound) in the past, and they always took such good care of them. Then, we got our smaller one a bath from Petsmart (because we live in the city and couldn't drive down) and they left a huge clump of something in his hair! We saw a 4Pawz person outside the shop, and she trimmed out the clump they left in--without our asking and for free! They really love animals, and we will be back for sure. read more

I was very disappointed. I brought my Bernese Mountain Dog in and when I brought him home, he looked like he wasn't groomed at all. He was shedding the minute he came in the door. I loved the old groomer they had. She was the best. I paid $82.00 and was very disappointed. I only paid $72.00 with the old groomer. Will never use them again. read more

We also have been coming here for 3 plus years as the other reviewer said. The new management is much improved. My dog gets SO excited when we even get close to the building - can't wait to get in there and play. They greet Piper at the door and she licks everyone. Grooming has been great - she comes home clean and wiped out from her day of fun. We use 4 Paws Only for daycare once a week, boarding while we are out of town, and grooming.
