This last time when I picked them I noticed their hair cut was much lower than I wanted. I wasn't upset about that, but when I got home , I noticed his hair was cut almost to the skin on his butt. I talked with the manager and she stated that he had done matting on his rear. I'm not sure if he actually had the Mats or if it was an excuse. I just feel like someone should've called me or showed me while I was there. I will go back. I'll make sure I don't get the same groomer.

I work nights and arranged (and PAID) for someone to help pick my dog up since I knew I might oversleep. The lack of communication, answer, or courtesy is unacceptable. If appointments can't be honored, at least let customers know. This was a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional.
