I talked with the manager and she stated that he had done matting on his rear. I'm not sure if he actually had the Mats or if it was an excuse. I just feel like someone should've called me or showed me while I was there. I will go back. I'll make sure I don't get the same groomer.

My dog's nails looked jagged, as if the nail cutter wasn't quite sharp enough to do the job painlessly. There was little to no grooming or shaping of the hair. She was shaved pink. I didn't see any cuts, like one of the reviewers complained, but maybe we got lucky. I haven't even stopped to think about whether or not any of the equipment or tools used on the dogs is cleaned and sanitized, but I don't know and can't comment. I should have trusted my gut instinct. I didn't walk into this place feeling too confident, and after walking out, all I can say is I'm glad my dog is okay--no lasting damage--but I won't be coming back here again. Try The Hydrant.

The customer service is awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable in all the products that are sold here. Your greeted with a smile and offered help to find what your looking for as soon as you walk into the store. The quality of pet food that your going to find here is far better than your local pet store or department store that sells pet food. The selection of dog food here is enormous. I am a proud owner of a beautiful female American Pit. She is 6months and I only like to give her a specific brand of dog food (DIAMOND). I have been to a lot of stores to try and purchase this particular brand and no-one carries it. The quality of this brand is amazing and I want nothing but the best for my girl.
