I talked with the manager and she stated that he had done matting on his rear. I'm not sure if he actually had the Mats or if it was an excuse. I just feel like someone should've called me or showed me while I was there. I will go back. I'll make sure I don't get the same groomer.

I work nights and arranged (and PAID) for someone to help pick my dog up since I knew I might oversleep. The lack of communication, answer, or courtesy is unacceptable. It's a bit bigger than the Illinois location with a wider selection of pet needs. You can find quite the range of all pet food and supplies for dogs, cats, birds, etc. The store may also sell other pet products for animals not listed, its best you call ahead of time to see if they have what your looking for. The customer service is awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable in all the products that are sold here. Your greeted with a smile and offered help to find what your looking for as soon as you walk into the store. The quality of pet food that your going to find here is far better than your local pet store or department store that sells pet food. The selection of dog food here is enormous. I am a proud owner of a beautiful female American Pit. She is 6months and I only like to give her a specific brand of dog food (DIAMOND). I have been to a lot of stores to try and purchase this particular brand and no-one carries it. The quality of this brand is amazing and I want nothing but the best for my girl. I am so happy that Ted's is around and I can only hope that they continue to expand and open up many more stores. Pets shouldn't be limited to a few choices in food.
