The groomer and her husband are among the most unpleasant individuals you will meet (and I say this very mildly and diplomatically). She is an OK groomer, nothing special, rarely goes out of her way to do anything outside of her comfort zone. Her comfort zone includes using an electric shaver (clipper) to essentially shear your animal like a sheep, right down to the skin. Your otherwise gorgeous poodle's coat leaves there looking shredded and dull. Her shampoo products are not dog specific and they are the cheapo stuff you can find at the drug store. The salon smells bad and is below my standards of hygiene. I will never step foot in this "salon" again. read more
