One groomer groomed, one dog and another groomer groomed the other dog. The dog groomer who groomed my dog Max bruised his back side in 6 places. My dog was traumatized when he came home. He would not eat and didn't want to come out of his cage for an entire week. He cried throughout the day because of the bruises. I believe The groomers name was Tanaya who groomed Max. The groomer who groomed Daisy did a great job. The employee is always nice and professional.

I could tell from the meet and greet that she loves dogs and treats them like members of her own family. Our dog Daisy has some health issues and we've been apprehensive to leave her with anyone. Cheri treated her better than even we could have. Usually when we come home our dogs are so happy to come home but this time, it was as if they were sad to leave her house.
