First and foremost important is this Kennel is a safe and loveable environment for your pet. I have used them twice and have absolutely faith in their care for my Shi Tzu. The owners are just wonderful people and take good care of your pet family member. The owners are respectful, kind and caring and go over and beyond the caring of your pet. I would recommend them to everyone! If your pet family member is on medications, they will certainly make sure the medicine is given properly. My family has taken our animals here for many years when we go on vacation. 2 dogs and a cat! My animals are like family so I am very picky. Owner lives on the premises so he can keep an eye on the animals which makes me feel good. Indoor kennels and outdoor runs. Also has a grooming service that I have not needed. Disgusting !! Kennel does not take responsibility for a "missing dog", that actually got away from their care. The owners had to return immed from vacation and look for their missing dog, 10/8/20. The kennels response was they "were calling their insurance". While the mother/daughter was parked at the business and walking the grounds looking for their missing dog, they were informed by the owners, that they could not park there and to get off their property (which is their business) and ACTUALLY called police on them. The police came and let them continue their search. Thank God there is good news!!!! TODAY, 10/20 their baby was spotted and a lady followed him and got him in her car. He was missing from 10/8-10/20. Other then losing weight and getting ticks , he is ok. Things happen, but the attitude of the people who own this business is unforgivable !!! I recently had the experience of boarding my dog at Krane's, as it was my 1st time there with the new owners I was impressed with the reception that I and my dog received very pleasant and polite.
