Any concerns about my dog should have been brought up to me, yet you took the money and kept quiet. Unfortunately for you, cameras exist. If you paid me back for work you hadn't done, there wouldn't be a judgment against you for hundreds of dollars. You're lucky I didn't ask for all of it back. BE CAREFUL! Walked our dog around the block, back in her car and on her way in 10 minutes - 26$ per visit for months before I noticed. Constant cancellations/excuses, always came in during 2 hour block specifically asked not to come to not wake up baby, poor communication. After being fired - took a week to return keys and would not refund money for prepaid cat care weeks in advance or work days missed. Still waiting for payment after small claims court. Complains about lack of clients and people being tight with their wallets. Absolute liar and thief.

She has proven time and again that she is aware of not only the pups' issues but informs me promptly of home or property issues that might be happening while I am away. She has also cared for my pups while we're on vacation and I have total peace of mind that if anything happened while we're gone, she would contact me and act in the best interest of my pups. Things started off weird at this place. We go around the circle and say the dogs name, breed and…read morebreeder. The trainer was all smiles learning about where all of these pure bread dogs came from. Then it was my turn, I have a mutt. I feel like the smile quickly was gone and she just said "oh." We adopted our dog from a pretty bad situation. I'm happy we did, rescue all the way. He's a little timid and shy, but that's why we thought puppy school would be great for him. He'd learn some lessons, and most importantly get socialized a little. That's when we got our first lesson "dogs should not interact before class, during class, or after class." How crazy is that?! I've been to other dog training places for previous dogs and there is ALWAYS a socializing element. Dogs switch handlers, play with each other, have other people play with them, etc. It gets them use to those situations. Instead, our poor puppy is now not just timid, but is deathly afraid of other people and dogs. Through this class he was taught that he is bad for trying to play with people and other dogs. Thank god spring is almost here and we can try to undo what this class has taught him by bringing him on walks and to the dog park. It will take some time though.... This trainer is an agility dog trainer, and that's what you're going to get. By the end we stopped going to class because it became useless. She should have spend less time on tricks and things like that, and more time socializing and working on different situations with the dogs. We did learn sit, stay, down etc. But we could have practiced healing more, and other basics that we ended up teaching our puppy on our own.

So , no, breed doesn't matter and both trainers realize that not all dogs are purebreds, nor will all dogs compete. To expect something other than what you signed up for is unrealistic. I recommend this facility to everyone even tho Lipton is unable to continue

Absolutely love this place. It doesn't matter if our dog is going for doggie day care or a sleep…read moreover when we board him........ he always pulls to go back in when we pick him up. The staff is out of this world amazing. Friendly, informative, and knowledgeable every time I talk with them. The most important aspect for us is that our dog doesn't just get dog playtime but that he gets plenty on human contact. Other places offer options of four hours of doggie day care then in the kennels when you board them. Not At Your Bark N Call. The dogs get indoor play time, outdoor play time with the area having real grass, dirt, and trees. (Not turf for grass), and lots of human contact time. It's the norm there. He gets loved on so much that one of the handlers is actually our dogs favorite human. To be honest.... It hurt a little ;) But we know by his demeanor and playfulness when we pick him up that he is loved and well taken care of At Your Bark N Call. Just an FYI.... I was not paid or given anything for this review. It's based upon months of actually seeing how my dog comes home from his sleep overs, seeing his reaction when the handlers take him back, and the personal conversations with the staff. It is truly a place that loves our guy and takes the best care of him when we are not around.
