One groomer groomed, one dog and another groomer groomed the other dog. The dog groomer who groomed my dog Max bruised his back side in 6 places. My dog was traumatized when he came home. We were in town this week, and Dixon needed his spa day; unfortunately, the only options were a wash, blow-out, and teeth brushing. Very disappointed. We took our 42lbs Standard Poodle there and I ensured I detangled the top of…read morehis hair, ears, and tail just prior to dropping him off. Before my husband received our boy back the groomer told him that he was going to be mad at her. When we got him back, he was shaved all over including the top of his head, ears, and tail - No custom cut as requested. They did not give him a summer cut leaving the top of his hair, ears, or tail. This is so unacceptable. I'm not sure if the groomer did not want to take the necessary time to scissor those areas or what. They then had the audacity to bill my husband $120 which sound like the platnium price for a poodle which should have includes a custom hair cut; however, all they did was shaved/butched him and did not provide the custom cut as requested. He did not look like my same dog when we received him back.

The lady laughed in our face and would not refund us the other half. I told them a week in advance I only wanted a hair cut. And was still charged for a bath with the price. I even reminded them at drop of just a hair cut. Also mine you my doodle is only 58 pounds at most!
