I took my dog here because he was having seizures. The Dr there did not not even care to look at…read morethe video of the seizure. He briefly looked at it. Was rude to me and told me to put my phone down to listen to him. I was listening to him. He said that my dog was having seizures due to anxiety. He said that I would need to take him to a neurology vet to be evaluated. I told him that he had 2 seizures in less than 6 months. the first time was at 5 am in which he was not anxious and the second time he was not doing anything but standing in the kitchen. He is only anxious when I take him out. He told me that I was in denial about my dog having anxiety. I said ok he has anxiety yes but not during this time. I asked if he would treat the anxiety and he told me no. I asked him if I could have medication to stop the seizure as each one was almost 5 minutes and he stops breathing. He told me no. Referred me to a neurology vet in which I could not get in until Jan. He treated me like a child. He than charged me $68 for an exam that was done not even in my presence. No other work was done. I am a neurology nurse practitioner and know about seizures. I told him that I was not wanting to have a MRI of my dogs head. It was obvious that this was a significant seizure. He said seizure medications can be deadly. VERY RUDE DR. If i could leave zero stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE .

We advised the kennel of this each time. We had no problems the second time. However the second time the staff for the day allowed my dog to get away from her and bite another dog. She stated she got tirned up in the leash and he got away. According to Indiana state law for pets whoever is in control of the animal is responsible for the damages. The owner charged us for tge damages even though it was her staffs fault. The owner would not negotiate at all. The owner would not give us our dog back until we paid the bill in full. While trying to discuss the situation the owner was nasty, snappy, rude and threatened to sue us several times. She felt that even though her staff was in control of the dog she was not responsible at all. After we got our dog back the owner then filed this on her business insurance as well to cover the fees even though we already paid them. Her insurance called us. The owner also gave our number to the other dog owner without or permission ehich resulted in us being harassed by the other dog owner.
