Watch out for the word compulsion because it means forcing the dog to do something (aka punishment). Tony says he was trained by world renowned dog trainer Dr. Helmut Raiser who's RSV2000 kennel club is currently under review from being expelled from the VDH (German Kennel Club). Dr. Raiser has published many books but is formally trained in dentistry - dog training was a hobby that he turned into a career. I am not aware of any formal schooling that Tony has had. Tony will throw a bunch of fancy terms and accomplishments but never provided me with any of the documentation - he was on Oprah and consulted with Michael Vick's dogs. Couldn't find anything to back that up from my research. If you care for your dog, please don't sign a contract that releases someone from gross negligence with your dog. I hope no one has to see what I had to see and have to lose their dog.

Marlene and Howard arrived 15 minutes earlier. They were wearing professional attire and display grace and friendliness. Once they enter the apartment with such manners, you can feel they are family already. They looked at my puppies and went to explained the program to me, while Howard was explaining the program, my puppy started chewing a piece of wood, Marlene, said a command and the puppy stopped immediately (magic). Not only I was impressed and I felt secure by Marlene and Howard, they only want from me to provide the best life for my puppies. We did some training with the puppies and the results are amazing. Now I am out a trainer after 5 phone calls asking what the plan is I get some guy from not sure what state saying Orland Park will be without a trainer and you can do virtual with whomever. First of all I paid 1900 hundred dollars for a trainer to be physically present with my dog. This person proceeded to knocked the trainer Vickie for even seeing my dog 3 times. He proceeded to say he would fix my dog in one session.Not really looking for some arrogant trainer to tell me how great he is. I have continued to call the Orland Office and called corporate but have no desire to speak with this trainer or whomever he is. So i am looking into taking this to the next level to receive a refund. I want nothing to do with this company.

I drop him off, hit the gym, and he's ready for pickup sometimes in less than 2 hours, no more than 2.5 hours. His teeth get scrubbed along with his ears- a must for a Frenchie. We try a spa day for our pup 1x a month; however, because this is a popular location, it's not easy to book an appointment unless it's done days in advance. So, get booking if you want a spot for your fur baby. The rating of 4 is due to them really needing to take time after a busy streak to sweep or else one's pet walks straight through a heap of trimmed off fur defeating the purpose of a full clean from head to paw.

(She sitches up her names) She never showed up again. Excuse after excuse. Fighting with her boyfriend, stuck in snow, car broke down, no gas $ you name it! It all happened to her. I started doing research on her and actually got in touch with many of her other victims. There are dozens & dozens since January 2019. She changes her business name constantly. Please be careful of this women!!

BUT.....IF you have a dog that is easily spooked and scared and is harder to train, please go somewhere else. Stone City Kennel Club is MUCH better for the skittish dogs. The dogs that are eager to please are the dogs that they focus on. The dogs that are not....well.....let's just say that we did not return for the last 3 sessions as we felt like we were not only wasting our time, but their time as well. It's also a faster pace training which we did not appreciate.

Throughout the training it became apparent to Michele that our puppy might be dealing with anxiety issues that at first was a major pain point for our family to the point of almost having to re-home our new puppy. Michele worked with us and pointed us in the right direction to have our dog evaluated with our vet. We did discover that our pup does indeed have an anxiety issue. After patience from Michele and medication for our puppy, the training literally changed for the positive within a couple of days which made us eventually change our mind about re-homing and continue to work with Michele until the end of our scheduled training. We would highly recommend Michele for any of your training needs for your new pup or mature dog . You will not be disappointed!
