She also grooms my parents dog, who absolutely loves her. She always comes back smelling so fresh and clean and with a bandanna that matches the season. When I have the time and forethought to call for an appointment for my little dog, she also goes there. She's normally terrified of both being groomed and strangers, but she willingly goes to Jen. Prices are extremely reasonable especially compared to where I'm coming from in the city. It's just sad I have to take an hour trip out there to do it.

It was easy enough to get an appointment at a convenient time. The shih tzu is usually apprehensive about the grooming experience but he had no issues here. They were very nice to him and did not over-trim his fur. You get what you pay for. This is not the cheapest dog salon but it is the best we have ever experienced.

I say this like it was easy, but my "baby" girl is 15 years old: blind, mostly deaf, and cantankerous! She doesn't trust a lot of people, and those who have tried to make her look beautiful typically get frustrated with her attitude and leave her looking lopsided. Not true with the wonderful ladies here! They were so patient and so gentle with her and cleaned her up so nicely. They took about five years off her appearance with their skill sets. I'm so grateful for this post-holiday miracle. The crew here was really top notch and if I lived in the same state, I'd be back her as frequently as possible.
