After bringing her to the vet for nail trims for the last 11 years, they said that they would not cut her nails again unless she was sedated. It took many months to find a place that would at least try to cut her nails. K-9 couture said sure we can try! When I tell you, they did an amazing job, they did an amazing job!!! I had been recommended to try here from a couple people, and I am so happy I did! it was also much cheaper than what the vet charged us (only $10) and they were some kind!! I will definitely be taking her back here!

Jen used to groom my evil evil cat long haired cat. Normally he needed to be sedated, but she…read moresomehow managed to do it with just a muzzle. She also grooms my parents dog, who absolutely loves her. She always comes back smelling so fresh and clean and with a bandanna that matches the season. When I have the time and forethought to call for an appointment for my little dog, she also goes there. She's normally terrified of both being groomed and strangers, but she willingly goes to Jen. Prices are extremely reasonable especially compared to where I'm coming from in the city. It's just sad I have to take an hour trip out there to do it.

As first-time puppy owners, I was nervous about leaving him with people we didn't know, but the entire staff was so warm and welcoming--it immediately put me at ease. Sue did an absolutely amazing job with Luka! She even went the extra mile by sending us photos during his grooming to show how well he was doing, which meant so much to us. The care and attention they showed made this experience wonderful, and I can confidently say this will be Luka's groomer for life! We're obsessed with how great he looks and how kind everyone was. Thank you all for making this such an amazing experience!

Wow what a great job they did making my ancient shih tzu look young again!…read more I have a Belgian Malanois that generally does not need grooming, but my brothers shih tzu stays with us when he travels so we thought we'd check this place out. It was easy enough to get an appointment at a convenient time. The shih tzu is usually apprehensive about the grooming experience but he had no issues here. They were very nice to him and did not over-trim his fur. You get what you pay for. This is not the cheapest dog salon but it is the best we have ever experienced.

I say this like it was easy, but my "baby" girl is 15 years old: blind, mostly deaf, and cantankerous! She doesn't trust a lot of people, and those who have tried to make her look beautiful typically get frustrated with her attitude and leave her looking lopsided. Not true with the wonderful ladies here! They were so patient and so gentle with her and cleaned her up so nicely. They took about five years off her appearance with their skill sets. I'm so grateful for this post-holiday miracle. The crew here was really top notch and if I lived in the same state, I'd be back her as frequently as possible.
