I purchased a set of LED taillights that arrived damaged. Spoke with customer service who shipped a replacement set right away. Approx. 3 months had gone by and 1 of the 18 LED bulbs stopped working in passenger side taillight. Dale, in customer service, was helpful and sent a replacement. Although 90 days had elapsed, he still honored the warranty because with the initial replacement time, I had not been in possession of the taillights for 90 days. Good customer service. ***UPDATED: 12/09/2013*** Well, K2 Motor Corporation's customer service went from good...to unsatisfactory...to unacceptable. The taillights I purchased are $180 paper weights. The third set of taillights failed approximately two month after arrival. I contacted K2 and requested a full refund or a replacement via a different model, hoping the horrible product quality was isolated to that specific taillight model. Customer service replied and stated that since the 90 day warranty window had elapsed, they could not refund my purchase nor would they provide a replacement set. Instead, they suggested that I should call the company so they could provide me with a "discount" on my next purchase. There will never be a "next purchase" from K2 Motor Corporation. I advise anyone that is considering a purchase from this company to look elsewhere. The product quality is beyond poor and the somewhat decent customer service quickly diminishes after the sale. Horribly run business. It should be noted that I have purchased many LED type lights in the past. All of those lights are still functioning to this day, as LED's should. In my opinion, one of the primary advantages of switching any type of lighting from incandescent to LED is for longevity of the product life. read more

I ordered headlights from them, said to be the best possible product! THAT already should have warned me! When I realized that one light became foggy, after not even being in the truck for three month, I got in touch with the so called support team. It was extremely difficult in the first place, and the guy I talked too kept telling me that I am out of warranty already (sounded as if he did customer support for the first day ever and was absolutely NOT supportive in any way) while two girls where giggling away in the background. That guy had no technical understanding of any kind. I ask myself where do they get that so called "Quality" equipment from, when a lamp gets foggy in less than three month? But what was most annoying of all, they simply refuse to help me in any way. Do not use this company! I was delayed overseas before I had chance to install their projector headlights in a 01 Jetta. The headlights are garbage! The cut out is not even horizontal. It is shaped like a V on low beams. I was less then a month outside of their ridiculous 3 month warranty and they would not honor a refund. This company does not stand behind their product at all. I bought projector head lights for03 Silverado that are supposedly direct replacements & stock light bulbs do not work. these lights came with H1 FOG LIGHT BULBS instead of 9006 HEADLIGHT BULBS. I sent e-mail requesting r.m.a. Have not received any response & cannot use their website for r.m.a as it says their part # is wrong. WHAT A JOKE...BUYER BEWARE. They called when I placed the order & now I get no response from them at since it needs to go back, even though they claim, 30 day money back guarantee. Their projector lights are not even legal in U.S.A., because of the wrong bulbs. I am a business owner as well & their advertising is very deceptive as they claim to use approved manufacturers for their product & they do not claim for show purposes only on their website, which misleads people to think these are street legal ,when they are not. Absolutely the worst most ignorant people i have ever dealt with its hard to believe they are still in business. I want to buy about 500 do;;ars of product from Canada and have it shipped to a us adress and pay by visa but they tell me that cant be done, funny jc whitney summit racing carid all can. I can stand and fight beside american soldiers in afganistan but i cant spend my money there...now that is messed up.
