After checking it out, he let me know I didn't need new brake pads, just a brake fluid replacement due to the age of the fluid. Honest and straightforward, which I value. I ended up spending over an hour chatting with Mr. Putra about cars, computers, and photography. He's incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience overall, and I'll be bringing all of my Toyota vehicles here for future maintenance.

Reporting a strange interaction on service I wanted completed…read more I took my car to Longo Lexus 2 weeks ago and the service advisor said to keep an eye out on the water pump as it is rattling and starting to make a lot of noise but no leak at that point. Since then it has been leaking pink coolant fluid so it appears I definitely have a leak. I searched for a Lexus specialist with the mindset that I wanted to change out the water pump as recommended by Longo if I start to see a leak. I called ATC to request a quote as I knew what was wrong with it and what I wanted to replace. He said he doesn't provide quotes without looking at it regardless if the customer already knows what to replace. So he said to bring it by the next day for a diagnosis and when I asked whether my wife can wait there while he diagnosed it he responded with a scoff saying he has many cars to look at and that she will just have to drop it off. I told him this would be difficult as we don't have a spare care but that she would be able to wait if he provided a specific time he wanted her to come. He again scoffed and said it doesn't work that way and told me to just go back to Longo. I was really hoping to give a small business a shot but seems like he doesn't care to gain more business. He could have just given me a quote which I assume would be better than the dealership and I would have hired him. Would have been a 1 star but giving 2 stars to give him the benefit of doubt that he was having a bad day?

The car had been on non-op for 8 years, so it just wasn't worth fixing, especially since we weren't sure what other issues it might have. We called about four other places before contacting iPull-uPull. The other companies were offering very low amounts, but iPull-uPull gave us what felt like a fair and reasonable price. That made a big difference. I scheduled a pickup date and time, and they were on time and reliable. They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and even sent text updates, which I really appreciated. At one point, I couldn't find the pink slip, and they patiently walked me through what I needed to do. Luckily, after searching, I found it. They came, picked up the car, and wrote a check for the exact amount we agreed on. I understand every car is different and pricing will vary, but overall, as a first-time experience selling a vehicle this way, they made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them.
